ԼՂՀ ԱԺ պետական-իրավական ու ֆինանսաբյուջետային և տնտեսական կառավարման հարցերի  մշտական հանձնաժողովների մայիսի 19-ին տեղի ունեցած համատեղ նիստում, որը վարում էին գլխադասային հանձնաժողովների նախագահներ Հովիկ Ջիվանյանը և Ռուսլան Իսրայելյանը, քննարկվել է ԼՂՀ 2015թ. պետական բյուջեի կատարման տարեկան հաշվետվությունը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, Արցախի Նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Մարատ Մուսայելյանի ներկայացրած հաշվետվության համաձայն՝ ԼՂՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմը նախորդ բյուջետային տարում աշխատել է խնայողաբար. 2015թ.-ին պետական բյուջեով նախատեսված գումարը կազմել է 501 մլն 198 հազ. դրամ, կատարողականը՝ 359 մլն 374 հազ. դրամ կամ նախատեսվածի 72%-ը:

Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Գարիկ Ժամհարյանի ներկայացրած հաշվետվության համաձայն՝ 2015թ.-ին պետական բյուջեից աշխատակազմին հատկացված գումարը կազմել է 510 մլն 841 հազ. դրամ՝ ներառյալ մշտական հիմունքներով խորհրդարանի գործունեության համար պահանջված լրացուցիչ միջոցները, կատարողականը՝ 504 մլն 548 հազ. դրամ կամ նախատեսվածի՝ 98,8%-ը:

Կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Լևոն Գրիգորյանի ներկայացմամբ՝ 2015թ.-ին աշխատակազմի պահպանման ծախսերի և ծրագրերի իրականացման համար հատկացվել է 754 մլն 236 հազ. դրամ, կատարողականը՝ 727 մլն 223 հազ. դրամ կամ նախատեսվածի 96,4%-ը:

Գերագույն դատարանի  նախագահ Նարինե Նարիմանյանի ներկայացմամբ՝  դատական համակարգի 2015թ.-ի բյուջեն կազմել է 555 մլն 392 հազ դրամ, փաստացի ծախսը՝ 539 մլն 839 հազ. դրամ կամ նախատեսվածի 92,2%-ը:

Գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Մոսիյանի ներկայացրած հաշվետվության համաձայն՝ համակարգում 2015թ.-ի պետական բյուջեից հատկացված միջոցների 8,7%-ի տնտեսում է կատարվել: 2015թ.-ի պետական բյուջեից ԼՂՀ դարախազությանը հատկացվել է 519 մլն 920 հազ դրամ, կատարողականը կազմել է 478 մլն 986 հազ. դրամ կամ նախատեսվածի 92%-ը:

Արդարադատության նախարար Արարատ Դանիելյանի հաշվետվության համաձայն՝ 2015թ.-ի պետական բյուջեից համակարգի հատկացումների հաստատված պլանը կազմել է 425 մլն 345 հազ. դրամ, կատարողականը՝ 391 մլն կամ նախատեսվածի 91,9%-ը:

2015թ.-ին պետական բյուջեից վերահսկիչ պալատի պահպանման ծախսերի համար հատկացվել է 139 մլն 340հազ. դրամ: Վերահսկիչ պալատի նախագահ Էռնեստ Ավանեսյանի ներկայացմամբ՝  2015թ.-ի կատարողականը կազմել է 131 մլն 400 հազ դրամ կամ նախատեսվածի 94,3%-ը:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը, ներկայացնելով 2015թ.-ի պետական բյուջեի կատարման հաշվետվությունը, նշել է, որ ինստիտուտին պետական բյուջեից հատկացվել է 46 մլն 178 հազ. դրամ, կատարողականը կազմել է 44 մլն 75 հազ. դրամ կամ նախատեսվածի 95,4%-ը:

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Սրբուհի Արզումանյանի ներկայացրած հաշվետվության համաձայն՝ 2015թ.-ին պետական բյուջեից համապետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունների կազմակերպման համար հատկացվել էր 255 մլն 262,4 հազ. դրամ, կատարողականը կազմել է 233 մլն 535,1 հազ.դրամ կամ նախատեսվածի 92.6%-ը: Արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացման համար կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից համակարգին է հատկացվել 1 մլն 757,980 հազ. դրամ, կատարողականը՝ 1 մլն 737,180 հազ. դրամ կամ նախատեսվածի 99%-ը:

ԼՂՀ քաղաքացիական ծառայության խորհրդի նախագահ Բորիս Առուշանյանի ներկայացրած հաշվետվության համաձայն՝ 2015թ.-ին պետական բյուջեից ծառայությանը հատկացվել է 103 մլն186 հազ. դրամ, կատարողականը կազմել է 101 մլն 830 հազ. դրամ կամ նախատեսվածի 98,4%-ը:
