««ՉԻ» տեղեկություններով՝ Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղում նոր սկանդալ է հասունանում։ Այդ կառույցում կոռուպցիայի, թալանի մասին լուրերը դեռ չեն մարել, սակայն արդեն նմանատիպ նոր երևույթներ են ի հայտ գալիս:

Բանն այն է, որ վերջերս այդ ընկերությունում կայացած ժողովի ժամանակ ՀԿԵ բեռնափոխադրումների ծառայության պետի տեղակալ Վլ. Լյոխկին իր բաժնի աշխատակիցների մոտ սկսել է բացահայտ հակահայկական քարոզչություն անել՝ հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի «տարածքային ամբողջականության»։ «ՉԻ» աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ նա հորդորել է իր աշխատակիցներին համակերպվել իբր մոտ ապագայում Ադրբեջանին հողեր վերադարձնելու փաստի հետ։ Նա զուգահեռներ է տարել ու համադրել է արցախյան և ուկրաինական իրադարձությունները։ Աշխատակիցներից ոմանք ըմբոստացել են Լյոխկիի հայտարարությունների դեմ՝ սպառնալով նրան, որ եթե վերջինս շարունակի նման պահվածէ ցուցաբերել, ապա իրենք ստիպված կլինեն տեղի ունեցածի մասին զեկուցել վերադաս մարմնին։  Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Լյոխկին հենց այն մարդն է, որը որպես ՀԿԵ ներկայացուցիչ՝ մի անգամ մասնակցել է Բաքվում կայացած ինչ-որ խորհրդակցության։
