 Հալեպի «Գ.Եսայան» սրահում մայիսի 22-ին տեղի ունեցավ հանդիսավոր միջոցառում՝ նվիրված Արցախի անկախության հռչակման 25-ամյակին, որը կազմակերպել էր ՀՅԴ «ՍԵՄ»-ի Կենտրոնական վարչության «Արցախ» մասնաճյուղը՝ Բերիո Հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Շահան Սրբ. արք. Սարգսյանի հովանավորությամբ: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Հանդիսությանը ներկա էին Հալեպում ՀՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոս Տիգրան Գևորգյանը, Արցախի ԱԺ պատգամավոր, ՀՅԴ Արցախի Կենտրոնական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչ, ազատամարտիկ Դավիթ Իշխանյանը, Բերիո Հայոց Թեմի Առաջնորդի ներկայացուցիչ Տ. Զարեհ Քհն. Շաքարյանը, Ազգային Իշխանության անդամներ, հալեպահայ մշակութային, մարզական միությունների ներկայացուցիչներ ու մեծաթիվ հանդիսականներ:

Միջոցառման գեղարվեստական հատվածում ներկայացվեց Արցախի պատմությունը՝ վաղ ժամանակներից մինչ օրս, հերոսական դրվագներ գոյամարտերից, արցախյան ազատամարտիկների մարտական ոգին ու առօրյան պատկերող տեսանյութեր:

Հանդիսությանը ելույթով հանդես եկավ Արցախի ԱԺ պատգամավոր Դավիթ Իշխանյանը, ով Արցախի ժողովրդի և իշխանությունների անունից շնորհակալություն հայտնեց սիրիահայությանը անկախության առաջին իսկ օրից իրենց կողքին լինելու և հաղթական պայքարին մասնակից դառնալու համար: Այնուհետև Դ. Իշխանյանը ներկայացրեց Արցախի սոցիալ-տնտեսական ներկա իրավիճակը, անդրադարձավ ապրիլյան պատերազմական գործողություններին:
