2016 թ․-ի մայիսի 17-ին Երևանի Հանրապետության Հրապարակի շատրվանների միջից դուրս բերեցին <<Մարդու իրավունքների և ժողովրդավարության ինստիտուտի>> (ՄԻԺԻ) ՀԿ հիմնադիր, քաղաքագետ, իրավաբան Արմինե Առաքելյանին, որը դեռևս անհայտ պատճառներով մտել էր շատրվանների մեջ։

Շատրվանների մեջ մտնելու իրական դրդապատճառների մասին կիմանա միայն ինքը՝ Արմինե Առաքելյանը։

Եվ միգուցե կարիք էլ չլիներ խորանալ պատճառները փնտրելու մեջ, եթե ուղիղ մեկ շաբաթ հետո, 2016 թ․-ի մայիսի 24-ին մեկ այլ քաղաքացի չմտներ այդ նույն շատրվանների մեջ։

2013 թ․-ին մի խումբ ֆեմինիստներ, Ազատության Հրապարակում, կարդացին այսպես կոչված <<ֆեմ մանիֆեստը>>, որոնց շարքում էր նաև լեսբուհիԼալա Ասլիկյանը։ Ուշագրավ է, որ կարդացող աղջիկների շարքում էին նաև 2016 թ․-ի մայիսի 17-ին Հանրապետության հրապարակի շատրվանների մեջ մտած Արմինե Առաքելյանի կողմից հիմնադրված <<Մարդու իրավունքների և ժողովրդավարության ինստիտուտի>> (ՄԻԺԻ) որոշ անդամներ։
