 Ֆրանսիայից ՀՕՊ-ի համակարգերի մատակարարումները Վրաստանին պլանավորվում Է սկսել մոտավորապես 2017 թվականի հունվարից, բայց դրանց մի մասը կարող Է տեղ հասցվել եւ ավելի շուտ, եւ ավելի ուշ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, մայիսի 25-ին ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին հայտնել Է Վրաստանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ Վախթանգ Քափանաձեն:

2015 թվականի ամռանը Վրաստանը Ֆրանսիայի հետ երկու համաձայնագիր Է ստորագրել հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերի գնման վերաբերյալ:

«Ներկրումը տեղի կունենա աստիճանաբար, ստույգ ամսաթիվը ես չեմ կարող նշել: Այո, պլանավորվում Է 2017 թվականի հունվարից, բայց մի մասը կարող Է տեղափոխվել ավելի շուտ, մի մասը՝ ավելի ուշ: Այնպես չԷ, որ մի տեսակի տեխնիկա բերվի ու վերջ: Ինչ-որ մի մասը մենք կստանանք, մեկ այլ մասի համար Էլ հարկ կլինի տեղ պատրաստել»,-պարզաբանել Է Քափանաձեն:

Ավելի վաղ նաեւ հաղորդվել Էր, որ ֆրանսիացի սպաները, որոնք վրացի զինվորականներին սովորեցնելու են շահագործել համակարգը, Վրաստան կժամանեն 2016 թվականին:

Քափանաձեն նաեւ հայտարարել Է, որ Վրաստանը մտադիր Է վերջնականապես հրաժարվել խորհրդային ռազմական տեխնիկայի օգտագործումից եւ մշտական ռեժիմով բանակցություններ Է վարում ԱՄՆ-ից ռազմական տեխնիկա գնելու շուրջ: «Դա մշտական գործընթաց Է: Մենք ցանկանում ենք նորացնել ռազմական տեխնիկան: Մենք ցանկանում ենք մեկընդմիշտ հրաժարվել խորհրդային արտադրության տեխնիկայից, որի պահպանումը եւ հետագա շահագործումը դժվարացել Է դրա հնության ու եւս մի շարք բոլորին հայտնի պատճառներով: Բայց մենք չենք կարող դա միանգամից անել, դա աստիճանական գործընթաց Է: Դրա համա ր մշտական աշխատանք Է կատարվում: Գլխավորն այն Է, որ այդ ուղղությամբ միշտ առկա Է ԱՄՆ-ի պատրաստությունը»,-հավելել Է Քափանաձեն:
