ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանը հայ գործարարների հետ քննարկել է հայկական ապրանքների արտահանման ընդլայնման և իրացման հնարավորությունները

ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունում մայիսի 30-ին հրավիրվել է խորհրդակցություն Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան ապրանքներ արտահանող և ներմուծող երեք տասնյակից ավելի հայաստանյան և ռուսաստանյան ընկերությունների ղեկավարների և ԵԱՏՄ-ում ու ԱՊՀ տնտեսական խորհրդում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ: Խորհրդակցությունը նպատակ է հետապնդել քննարկելու շահագրգիռ կազմակերպությունների, այդ թ վում նաև՝ դեսպանության անելիքներն՝ ուղղված ամառային ամիսներին դեպի Ռուսաստան հայաստանյան ապրանքների, առաջին հերթին՝ գյուղամթերքների արտահանման ծավալների աճին և ռուսաստանյան շուկայում դրանց արդյունավետ իրացմանը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության մամլո ծառայությունից:

Իր բացման խոսքում ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Օլեգ Եսայանն  ընդգծել է Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունների ներկա մակարդակը և արդեն իսկ գործող ինտեգրացիոն ձևաչափերում առկա հնարավորություններն ու ռուսաստանյան շուկայում հայկական ապրանքների նկատմամբ բարձր պահանջարկն ու արտահանման ծավալների աճի ապահովման անհրաժեշտությունը:

Ըստ ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանի՝ երկու երկրների միջև տնտեսական համագործակցության առավել խորացումը կնպաստի հայ-ռուսական փոխգործակցության ամբողջական համակարգի զարգացմանը:  

Իր հարցադրումներում դեսպան Եսայանը հատուկ անդրադարձ է կատարել  ռուսաստանյան շուկայում հայկական ապրանքների ծավալների աճի գործում, դրանց գովազդի ու անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվության տարածման շուրջ աշխատանքների ակտիվացման, գնային քաղաքականության և երկու երկրների միջև առևտրաշրջանառության վերաբերյալ լիարժեք վիճակագրության կարևորությանը:

Խորհրդակցությանը ներկա գործարարներն իրենց տեսակետներն են հայտնել արտահանման արդյունավետ կազմակերպմանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցերի շուրջ, մասնավորապես՝ արտահանման գործողությունների տեխնիկական բարելավումը, ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում ընձեռվող հնարավորություններից օգտվելու կարևորությունը, Ռուսաստան ներմուծվող ապրանքների համար ԱԱՀ-ի չեղարկումը, ռուբլիով փոխադարձ հաշվարկների իրականացնելու հնարավորությունը, արտահանման ոլորտում գործող ընկերությունների համար վարկավորման նոր ծրագրերի նախաձեռնումն ու ռուսաստանյան շուկայում հայկական ապրանքների տարածման հարցում պետական աջակցության ապահովումը:

Հայ-ռուսական առևտրային կապերի շուրջ ամփոփ ելույթով հանդես է եկել ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ առևտրի ներկայացուցիչ Կարեն Ասոյանը: Խորհրդակցությանը  ԵԱՏՄ-ի շրջանակներում հայկական ապրանքների արտահանման հարցերի շուրջ պարզաբանումներ է ներակայացրել ԵՏՀ մաքսային և սակագնային կարգավորման վարչության տնօրեն Գագիկ Քոչարյանը:

Ելույթներով հանդես են եկել նաև Մոսկվայում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ներկայացուցիչ Մակար Նահապետյանը, Ռուսաստանի սոմելյեների և գինու փորձագետների միության նախագահ Արթուր Սարգսյանը, “Յան” և “Սիս Նատուրալ” ընկերությունների ռուսաստանյան ներկայացուցիչ Յուրի Բաղդասարյանը, “ԷկոԿոսմետիկա” ընկերության ռուսաստանյան ներկայացուցիչ Իրինա Սկրյաբինան և այլք: 

Հայաստանից դեպի Ռուսաստան արտահանման ոլորտում աշխատող գործարարների հանդիպման արդյունքների և հնչեցված դիտարկումների հիման վրա կկազմվի վերլուծական տեղեկանք՝ ՀՀ շահագրգիռ մարմիններին ներկայացնելու նպատակով:
