Հայաստանը մտադիր է հետևողականորեն աշխատել այս պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման ուղղությամբ և շարունակել փնտրել խաղաղ կարգավորում, որն առաջին հերթին հիմնված կլինի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի՝ սեփական ճակատագիրը տնօրինելու և ինքնորոշվելու իրավունքի վրա: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը` մայիսի 31-ին Աստանայում կայացած Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստին իր ե լույթի ընթացքում:

«Ինտեգրացիոն միավորումները հաջող գործարկվում և զարգանում են անվտանգ միջավայրում: Անվտանգությունը մեր պետությունների տնտեսական զարգացման և բարգավաճման առանցքային հիմքն է: Ես չափազանց կարևոր եմ համարում այն փաստը, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը ձևավորած երկրները միաժամանակ հանդիսանում են ՀԱՊԿ անդամներ, որի հիմնական նպատակը մեր տարածքում համապարփակ անվտանգության ապահովումն է: Ապրիլի սկզբին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հետ շփման գծում և Հայաստանի հետ սահմանին Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրադրության լարումը ԵԱՏՄ տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության համար լուրջ մարտահրավեր դարձավ: Վտանգն ակնհայտ է՝ կամ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության տարածքը մեր միջազգային գործընկերների կողմից կդիտվի որպես տնտեսական զարգացման, կայունության և անվտանգության գոտի, որտեղ կարելի ներդրումներ կատարել, որտեղ կարելի է երկարաժամկետ ծրագրեր նախաձեռնել, կամ բոլորը կընտելանան այս բարդ իրավիճակին և կառաջնորդվեն այն հանգամանքով, որ այստեղ լարվածության և երկպառակտության մշտական օջախներ են: Չեմ կարծում, որ երկրորդ սցենարը բխում է մեր երկրների շահերից»,- ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ասել է Հանրապետության ղեկավարը:

Սերժ Սարգսյանը հավելել է, որ Հայաստանը չի կարող անմասն մնալ Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ ագրեսիվ գործողությունների դեպքում: «Իհարկե, Ղարաբաղի ինքնապաշտպանական ուժերը արագ վերականգնեցին իրավիճակը՝ այն վերցնելով իրենց վերահսկողության տակ: Այստեղ կարևոր դեր խաղաց Ռուսաստանը, որին Ադրբեջանը դիմել էր զինադադարի ռեժիմի վերահաստատման խնդրանքով: Վիեննայում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի միջնորդությամբ հանդիպում կայացավ, որի ընթացքում պայմանավորվածություններ ձեռք բերվեցին վստահության ամրապնդման միջոցառումների՝ շփմ ան գծում մշտադիտարկման և միջադեպերի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի հաստատման ուղղությամբ: Հայաստանը մտադիր է հետևողականորեն աշխատել այս պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման ուղղությամբ և շարունակել փնտրել խաղաղ կարգավորում, որն առաջին հերթին հիմնված կլինի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի՝ սեփական ճակատագիրը տնօրինելու և ինքնորոշվելու իրավունքի վրա: Հայաստանը համաձայն է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հետ, որ այդ սկզբունքը, ինչպես նաև ուժի կամ դրա սպառնալիքի չկիրառման սկզբունքները, և տարածքային ամբողջականության սկզբունքը հանդիսանում են ղարաÕ �աղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման հիմքը»,- եզրափակել է ՀՀ Նախագահը:
