 ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրներն ավարտում են միութենական Մաքսային օրենսգրքի շուրջը դիրքորոշումների համաձայնեցումը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է Բելառուսի Մաքսային պետական կոմիտեի հաղորդագրության մեջ, որը տարածվել Է մայիսի 31-ին:

«ԵԱՏՄ-ի Մաքսային օրենսգիրքը գտնվում Է մասնակից երկրների դիրքորոշումների համաձայնեցման ավարտական փուլում»,- նշվում Է նյութում: Բելառուսի Մաքսային պետական կոմիտեում պարզաբանել են, որ փաստաթղթի նախագիծն արտացոլում Է «սկզբունքային պահանջները հինգ երկրների տարածքում արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության կազմակերպման նկատմամբ»:   

Հիմնական պահանջների թվում Է «առավելագույն վստահությունը տնտեսավարման սուբյեկտների նկատմամբ եւ, որպես հետեւանք՝ լիազոր տնտեսական գործարկուի ինստիտուտի կիրառման ընդլայնումը»: Բելառուսում կան 325, Ռուսաստանում՝ 130, Ղազախստանում՝ 3  այդպիսի գործարկուներ:

Նաեւ խոսքը վերաբերում Է ապրանքների լիակատար Էլեկտրոնային հայտարարագրման եւ մաքսատան ու գործարարության տեղեկատվական հաղորդակցման ավտոմատ ռեժիմի անցմանը: Բացի դրանից, սկզբունքային պահանջների թվում Է հնգյակի երկրների տարածքով ապրանքների տարանցման ազատության սկզբունքի իրագործումը:

Մաքսային պետական կոմիտեում նշել են, որ Մաքսային օրենսգրքի դրույթները մշակվել են ԵԱՏՄ-ի երկրների ձեռնարկատերերի եւ արդյունաբերողների միությունների առաջարկությունների հաշվառմամբ, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստի գործակալությունը:
