Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը ուղերձ է հղել Երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա առիթով: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ուղերձ ում ասվում է.

«Հարգելի ծնողներ,

Սիրելի մանուկներ,

Շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ Երեխաների պաշտպանության միջազգային օրվա առթիվ: 

Թեև երեխաները միշտ էլ մեծահասակների ուշադրության կենտրոնում են և վայելում են նրանց սերն ու հոգատարությունը, այդուհանդերձ այս տոնական օրը կոչված է ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցնելու մատաղ սերնդի  դաստիարակության ու անհոգ մանկություն ապահովելու գործում մեծերի առաքելության մասին: Այս ուրախ ու բարի տոնն առիթ է նաև հիշելու, որ երեխաներն էլ հասարակության լիիրավ անդամներ են, ունեն հավասար իրավունքներ, որոնք նաև պաշտպանության կարիք ունեն:

Մեր երկրում, ինչպես և ողջ աշխարհում, կան բազմաթիվ երեխաներ, ովքեր ունեն ողջ հասարակության աջակցության կարիքը: Նրանք, նախևառաջ, սոցիալապես խոցելի ընտանիքներում ապրող, ինչպես նաև հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաներն են, այն երեխաներն են, ովքեր առաջին հերթին պետք է զգան այս տոնի ողջ բերկրանքն ու քաղցրությունը:

Երեխաների պաշտպանության ոլորտում Հայաստանի կառավարությունն այսօր հետևողականորեն իրականացնում է կանխարգելիչ քաղաքականություն, որպեսզի ոչ մի երեխա չհայտնվի խնամքի հաստատությունում, այլ՝ ապրի և մեծանա ընտանեկան միջավայրում: Այսօր իրականացվում են  բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր, որոնք ուղղված են մեր երկրի հատուկ խնամքի կարիք ունեցող երեխաների կյանքի որակի բարելավմանը։ Ծրագրերը շատ են, սակայն մեծ է նաև ցանկությունը՝ կարողանալ անել ավելին՝ մեր փոքրիկ քաղաքացիների երջանիկ մանկությունն ապահովելու համար:

Հարգելի մեծահասակներ, մեր երեխաները ոչ միայն մեր պաշտպանության, այլև սիրով և ընտանեկան ջերմությամբ շրջապատված լինելու կարիք ունեն: Առողջ ընտանեկան մթնոլորտը, ծնողների սերն ու հոգատարությունն ապահովում են, որպեսզի երեխան ապրի իր երազանքների գրկում: Այս պայմաններն են, որ ապահովելու են յուրաքանչյուր նոր սերնդի առավել հաջողակ, ինքնավստահ և նպատակասլաց լինելը:

Սիրելի փոքրիկներ, վստահ եմ, որ դուք կլինեք Ձեր ծնողների ձեռքբերումների ոչ միայն ժառանգողն ու պահպանողը, այլև՝ մեր երկրի ապագան ու հենասյունը, կլինեք այն զինվորների հետնորդները, ովքեր անձնվիրաբար ծառայում են մեր երկրին  և կերտում են հաղթանակներ:

Տոնական այս օրը մաղթում եմ Ձեզ ամուր առողջություն, անամպ երկինք, վառ տպավորություներով լի օր, և թող իրականանան Ձեր բոլոր մանկական երազանքները»:
