Բունդեսթագն այսօր՝ հունիսի 2-ին, կքննարկի Գերմանիայի իշխող ՔԴՄ/ՔՍՄ կոալիցիայի, Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցության ու Կանաչների ներկայացրած բանաձեւը, որը 101 տարի առաջ Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի ու մյուս քրիստոնյաների ջարդերը ցեղասպանություն է որակում: Այս մասին հայտնում է խորհրդարանի մամուլի ծառայությունը:

Բանաձեւում հստակ օգտագործվում է ցեղասպանություն եզրը: «101 տարի առաջ Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայերի ու մյուս քրիստոնյաների ցեղասպանության հիշատակին». այսպես է վերնագրված բանաձեւը:

Հայերի մասին փաստաթղթում մասնավորապես ասվում է. «Նրանց ճակատագիրը զանգվածային բնաջնջման, էթնիկ զտման, տեղահանությունների, իրական ցեղասպանության օրինակ է, որոնցով սարսափելիորեն նշանավորվեց 20-րդ դարը:

Բանաձեւի նախագծում ասվում է, որ Գերմանական կայսրությունը մասնակի պատասխանատվություն է կրում այդ իրադարձությունների համար:

«Բունդեսթագը ճանաչում է Գերմանիայի առանձնահատուկ պատմական պատասխանատվությունը: Դա ներառում է նաեւ Հայաստանին եւ Թուրքիային աջակցելու գործընթացը, որի արդյունքում նրանք պետք է անցյալը հետեւում թողնեն եւ զբաղվեն փոխըմբռնման եւ հաշտեցման ուղիներ որոնելով»,- ասված է փաստաթղթում:

Բացի այդ, պլանավորվում է քվեարկել նաեւ Ձախերի կուսակցության ներկայացրած փաստաթղթի հարցով, որը նույնպես կառավարությանը կոչ է անում ճանաչել Գերմանական Ռեյխի պատմական պատասխանատվությունը ցեղասպանության մեջ:

Նշենք, որ գերմանացի պատգամավորների պլաններն արդեն առաջ են բերել Թուրքիայի դժգոհությունը: Թուրքիայի նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Իբրահիմ Քալընը առաջիկա քվեարկությունն արդեն անվանել է «քաղաքական չարաշահում»:

Իսկ Թուրքիայի նորանշանակ վարչապետ Բինալի Յըլդըրըմը Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի հետ հեռախոսազրույցի ժամանակ հայտնել է, որ Թուրքիայի կառավարությունը, ողջ երկիրն ու Գերմանիայի միլիոնավոր թուրքերը մտահոգված են իրադարձությունների զարգացմամբ: «Անկարան Գերմանիայի կառավարությունից եւ Բունդեսթագից հարգալից դիրքորոշում է սպասում»,- ասել է Թուրքիայի վարչապետը:
