Ազգային ժողովի ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հակոբ Հակոբյանը չի կարծում, որ շաքարավազի արտադրության ոլորտում մենաշնորհ կա: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Հակոբյանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ ցանկացած ոք, ով կարող է Հայաստանում շաքարավազի արտադրություն կազմակերպել և իրացնել իր արտադրանքը, կարող է հաջողությամբ մտնել այդ բիզնեսի մեջ: «Թող արտադրեն, ի՞նչ մենաշնորհի մասին է խոսքը: Ես իմ անձնական կարծիքը կասեմ՝ չեմ համարում, որ դա մենաշնորհ է, և ոչ մեկը չի կարող արտադրել: Բոլորը կարող են արտադրել: Եթե փորձեն արտադրել և կարողանան իրացնել, ես խնդիր չեմ տեսնում»,- նշեց պատգամավորը:

Դիտարկմանը, թե հենց իրացման հետ խնդիրներ կան, քանի որ կան պայմանավորվածություններ, որ կոնկրետ մարդուց խանութները պետք է ստանան ապրանքը, Հակոբյանը պատասխանեց. «Ես չեմ կարծում, որ կան նման պայմանավորվածություններ: Ցանկացած արտադրատեսակ, եթե քիչ ես արտադրում, և կա մեծ արտադրող, բնականաբար, նա ավելի շահեկան դիրքում կլինի: Այդ դեպքում դու միայն որակի հաշվին պետք է կարողանաս մրցակցության մեջ մտնել»:

Հարցին, թե իրեն չի՞ հետաքրքրել շաքարավազի բիզնեսը, Հակոբ Հակոբյանը բացասական պատասխան տվեց. «Ես 43 տարի արդեն գարեջրի արտադրության մեջ եմ, հիմա մի հատ էլ շաքարավազի արտադրության մեջ մտնելու կարիք չեմ տեսնում: Կարծում եմ, որ շաքարավազի արտադրությունն էլ շահավետ կլինի, բայց ամեն մարդ մի գործով պետք է զբաղվի: Ֆիզիկապես հնարավոր էլ չի այդքան հասցնել»,- եզրափակեց պատգամավորը:
