Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի «Վաչե և Թամար Մանուկյան» մատենադարանում հունիսի 14-ին ընդունեց «Գլոբալ բրիդջիզ»  միջազգային կազմակերպության անդամներին՝ ուղեկցությամբ ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Բերնհարդ Մաթիաս Քիսլերի:

Հանդիպման սկզբում շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Նորին Սրբությանը ընդունելության համար` դեսպան Քիսլերը կարևորեց «Գլոբալ բրիդջիզ»-ի հերթական կոնֆերանսի անցկացումը Հայաստանում, որի նպատակն է մերձեցնել տարբեր ազգության երիտասարդների, խթանել նրանց միջև համագործությունն ու համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին` Ամենայն Հայոց Հայրապետը կարևորեց կազմակերպության անդամների համագործակցությունը Հայաստանի երիտասարդության հետ և հույս հայտնեց, որ նման կապերի հաստատումը դրական ներգործություն կունենա նաև տարածաշրջանի խնդիրների և մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման հարցում: Այս կապակցությամբ Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը, մասնավոր անդրադարձ կատարելով ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությանը, ընդգծեց, որ «Գլոբալ բրիդջիզ» կազմակերպությունը, հավատարիմ իր առաքելությանը, կարող է իր ներդրումն ունենալ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացու մ՝ երկխոսություն ձևավորելով հայ և ադրբեջանցի երիտասարդության միջև:

Արգասաբեր գործունեություն և առաքելություն մաղթելով կազմակերպության անդամներին` Գարեգին Բ Վեհափառ Հայրապետն ընդգծեց, որ երիտասարդությունն ապագայի իր տեսլականով, կյանքը բարեփոխելու վճռականությամբ և նախանձախնդրությամբ պիտի կարողանա ջանքերի համադրմամբ դրական արդյունքներ արձանագրել աշխարհի բարօրության կերտման, մարդկանց խաղաղ համակեցության, ազգերի և պետությունների միջև գործակցության հաստատման ոլորտներում:

Զրույցի ընթացքում Նորին Սրբությունը, ի դեմս ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի դեսպանի, խորին երախտագիտություն հայտնեց Գերմանիայի իշխանություններին և ողջ ժողովրդին Բունդեսթագի կողմից Հայոց Ցեղասպանության ճանաչման բանաձևի ընդունման առնչությամբ:

Հանդիպման վերջում Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը պատասխանեց ներկաների հարցերին, որոնք վերաբերում էին ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությանը, Թուրքիայում ազգային և կրոնական փոքրամասնություների խնդիրներին, ինչպես նաև ժամանակակից մարտահրավերների լուծմանն ուղղված Հայաստանյայց Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու ջանքերին:
