ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը հունիսի 14-ին աշխատանքային այցով Շիրակի մարզում էր: Վարչապետը եղավ Գյումրիում և Ախուրյանում: 

Այցի շրջանակներում վարչապետի առաջին կանգառը Գյումրիում գործող բուհական մի քանի հաստատություններում էր՝  Արվեստների պետական ակադեմիայում, որտեղ տեղակայված են երեք բուհերի մասնաճյուղեր՝ Երևանի պետական կոնսերվատորիայի, Թատերական և Գեղարվեստի ինստիտուտների Գյումրու մասնաճյուղերը, ինչպես  նաև պետական մանկավարժական ինստիտուտում, ծանոթացավ տվյալ բուհերի շենքային պայմաններին և առկա խնդիրներին, որոնցից ամենակարևորը ուսանողների պակասն է:

«Այս բուհերի ռեկտորների և ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարի հետ քննարկելու ու փորձելու ենք հասկանալ` ինչ ապագա ունեն այս բուհերը և անհրաժշետության դեպքում նոր մոտեցումներ ցուցաբերենք»,- լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:

Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նաև եղավ «ՍԱՍՍՏԵՔՍ» ՍՊԸ-ի տարածքում: Նախկին «Մարզային հիվանդանոց»-ի տարածքում իրականացվող շինարարության ավարտին այստեղ կբացվի նոր տեքստիլ գործարան՝ 400 աշխատատեղով: Նախաձեռնությունն իրականացվում է շվեյցարահայ գործարար Վարդան Սերմաքեշի ներդրումային ծրագրով:

«Մեր նպատակն է Շիրակում ևս մեկ անգամ վերանայել բոլոր խնդիրները և փորձել փուլային լուծում տալ: Փորձելու ենք իրականացնել  այն բոլոր ծրագրերը, որ նախատեսված են եղել տարիների ընթացքում: Դրանցից մեկը Վարդան Սերմաքեշի ներդրումային ծրագրով կառուցվող այս գործարանն է, որը 400 աշխատատեղ կապահովի: Նման բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր ենք իրականացնելու  Գյումրիում և ընդհանրապես Շիրակում»,- նշեց ՀՀ վարչապետ  Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը:

Այցի ընթացքում վարչապետը կլինի նաև Ախուրյանի շինարական հրապարակում և ջրամբարում: Ախուրյանում պետական միջոցներով անօթևանների համար կառուցվելու են բազմաբնակարան շենքեր: «ՀՀ պետական բյուջեով հատկացված է 800 մլն դրամ գումար, նախագծային աշխատանքներն արդեն ավարտված են և այս պահին հայտարարված է շինարարական կազմակերպության մրցույթ»,-հավելեց Հավիկ Աբրահամյանը:

Այցի ընթացքում Շիրակի մարզպետարանում տեղի ունեցավ փակ խորհրդակցություն:
