«Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի» Տրանշ 3-ի Թալին-Գյումրի ճանապարհի Թալին-Լանջիկ (18,7 կմ) և Լանջիկ-Գյումրի (27,5 կմ) ճանապարհահատվածների շինարարական աշխատանքների մեկնարկը կազդարարվի հունիսի 17-ին՝ Երևան-Գյումրի մայրուղու Լանջիկ համայնքի մոտ։ Այն կնշանավորվի հիմնարկեքի արարող ությամբ՝ կառուցվելիք ճանապարհի հիմքում խորհրդանշական պարկուճի տեղադրմամբ։

«Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագիրը» խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագիր է, որի նպատակն է միջազգային բարձր չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան 560 կմ ընդհանուր երկարությամբ Մեղրի-Երևան-Բավրա ավտոճանապարհի միջոցով երկրի հարավը կապել հյուսիսի հետ՝ կրճատելով այն շուրջ 90 կմ-ով և հասցնելով մինչև 470 կմ-ի։ Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է բազմատրանշ ֆինանսավորման տարբերակով: Այն բաժանված է առանձին տրանշերի, որոնց շրջանակում կնքվել են վարկային առանձին պայմանագրեր:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, «Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի» Տրանշ 3-ի Թալին-Լանջիկ և Լանջիկ-Գյումրի հատվածների շինարարությունը համաֆինանսավորվում է Ասիական զարգացման բանկի և Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի կողմից: Հայտարարված միջազգային մրցույթների արդյունքներով՝ որպես նվազագույն գնային առաջարկ և տեխնիկապես բավարար գնահատված հայտ ներկայացրած կազմակերպություն, չինակ ան Սինոհիդրո Քորփորեյշն ընկերության հետ ստորագրվել են Թալին-Գյումրի ճանապարհի Թալին-Լանջիկ և Լանջիկ-Գյումրի հատվածների 46,2կմ ճանապարհի կառուցման կապալային համապատասխան պայմանագրեր՝ շուրջ 140 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր արժեքով, ներառյալ ԱԱՀ-ն: Աշխատանքների ավարտը նախատեսված է համապատասխանաբար՝ 2018 թվականի տարեվերջին և 2019 թվականի տարեսկիզբին:

«Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագրի» Տրանշ 3-ի Թալին-Գյումրի ճանապարհի Թալին-Լանջիկ և Լանջիկ-Գյումրի ճանապարհահատվածների շինարարական աշխատանքների մեկնարկի հանդիսավոր արարողությանը կմասնակցեն և ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես կգան ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան պարոն Թիան Էրլուն, Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին, դոնոր ֆինանսական կառույցների (ԱԶԲ և ԵՆԲ) ղ եկավարներ, շինարարական և վերահսկող կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:
