ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունում հունիսի 17-ին նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանի հրամանով ՀՀ ԿԳՆ բարձրագույն պարգևով՝ Ոսկե հուշամեդալով պարգևատրվել են Վայոց  Ձոր  կրթության, մշակույթի, երիտասարդության և սպորտի վարչության պետ Արփիար Ղազարյանը և Լոռու մարզի Կուրթան գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրեն Վանիչկա Նալբանդյանը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից:

Պարգևները հանձնել է ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի տեղակալ  Մանուկ Մկրտչյանը: Արփիար Ղազարյանը ԿԳՆ պարգևին արժանացել է մատաղ սերնդի կրթության, դաստիարակության  ոլորտում ներդրած մեծ ավանդի և ծննդյան 60-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:   ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարի տեղակալ Մանուկ Մկրտչյանն իր խոսքում բարձր է գնահատել  Ա. Ղազարյանի գործունեությունը, նշելով, որ նրա աշխատանքային ողջ գործունեությունը կապված է դպրոցի, մանկավարժության և կրթության կազմակերպման հետ:

Լոռու մարզի  Կուրթան գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցի տնօրենի պարգևը հանձնելու ժամանակ նախարարի տեղակալ Մանուկ Մկրտչյանը նշել է, որ  նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանի հանձնարարությամբ այս տարվա տնօրենների հավաստագրման քննությունների  բանավոր փուլն  անցկացվել է զրույցի ձևաչափով, որն էլ  հնարավորություն է տվել  հանձնաժողովին բացահայտել կրթության բնագավառի այն նվիրյալներին, որոնք տասնամյակներ շարունակ  նվիրումով և պատասխանատվությամբ կատարել  են իրենց աշխատանքը: Վանիչկա Նալբանդյանը, ավարտելով մանկավարժական համալսարանը՝ 1977 թվականից նախ  աշխատել  է  Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Դդմաշեն գյուղում, իսկ 1980 թվականից` հայրենի Կուրթան գյուղում` որպես մաթեմատիկայի ուսուցիչ: 1989 թվականից առ այսօր` 27 տարի շարունակ, նա ղեկավարում է Կուրթանի  միջնակարգ դպրոցը:  « Բայց, ամենակարևորն այն է, որ սեփական 3 զավակների հետ Նալբանդյանը որդեգրել և մեծացրել է 4 երկկողմանի ծնողազուրկ երեխաների: Այդ երեխաներին պահել, մեծացրել, ամուսնացրել է, ունի թոռնիկներ և այսօր ապրում է իր զավակների հետ: Բացի հմուտ ղեկավար ու մանկավարժ լինելուց, Վանիչկա Նալբանդյանը հիացմունքի և դրվատանքի արժանի մա րդ է, որը մանկավարժի կերպարի ամենակարևոր հատկանիշն»,- շնորհավորելով Վ. Նալբանդյանին` ասել է Մ. Մկրտչյանը:

Արարողության ավարտին նախարարի տեղակալ Մանուկ Մկրտչյանն աշխատանքային նոր ձեռքբերումներ և անձնական հաջողություններ է մաղթել պարգևատրվածներին:
