Լացի մեխանիզմը շատ պարզ է. որպես հուզական արձագանքի պատասխան՝ մեր էնդոկրին համակարգը հորմոններ է արտադրում, որոնց արդյունքում աչքերում արցունքներ են հայտվում: Սակայն լացելու պահին մեր օրգանիզմում հետաքրքիր գործընթացներ են տեղի ունենում:

1. Լացի պահին օրգանիզմն անցնում է «մարտական ռեժիմի»
