Չեխիայի Հանրապետության պատգամավորների պալատի` Հայաստանի հետ միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամական խմբի նախագահ Ռոբին Բյոնիշը կարծում է, որ ինչքան երկար Թուրքիան հավատարիմ մնա Հայոց ցեղասպանության ժխտման իր ազգային հայեցակարգին, եւ թուրքերը շարունակեն գլուխները թաղել ավազի մեջ` պատմության այս ողբերգական էջին առերեսվելիս, այնքան հեշտ կլինի իրենց առաջնորդների համար մեկուսացնել երկիրը եւ հեռու տանել այն ք աղաքակիրթ աշխարհից։

«Իրականում, չեմ կարծում, որ սա այն է, ինչ Թուրքիան ուզում է: Իսկ Գերմանիան Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման վերաբերյալ իր այս քայլով փաստացիորեն ցանկանում է ջանք գործադրել` օգնելու Թուրքիային առերեսվելու եւ հաղթահարելու իր անցյալը։ Գերմանիայի խիզախությունը` առերեսվելու իր իսկ իրական պատմությանը, ունեցավ մաքրագործող ազդեցություն, որը հնարավորություն տվեց նրան ապրելու աննախադեպ զարգացում, ամրապնդեց ինքնավստահությունը  եւ դարձրեց երկիրը Եվրոպական ինտեգրացիայի, ինչպես նաեւ տնտեսության առաջատարը»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց չեխ պատգամավորը։ 

Անդրադառնալով Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագի` Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչող որոշմանը Ադրբեջանի եւ Թուրքիայի արձագանքին, որն ընդհուպ ստիպեց Գերմանիայի թուրք պատգամավորներից մեկին հանդես գալ Էրդողանի մուտքը երկրի տարածք արգելելու կոչով, Ռոբին Բյոնիշը նշեց, որ այդ երկրների արձագանքը միշտ էլ այդպիսին է եղել։ 

«Առհասարակ, թե Անկարայի, թե Բաքվի արձագանքները Հայոց ցեղասպանության առնչությամբ միշտ էլ եղել են հիստերիկ եւ ոչ ադեկվատ։ Այնուամենայնիվ, կարծում եմ՝ այս քայլը, ինչպես նաեւ Չեխիայի նախագահ Միլոշ Զեմանի՝ Գերմանիայի օրինակին հետեւելու հայտարարությունը այդքան էլ մեծ քաղաքական եւ տնտեսական ազդեցություն չեն ունենա Թուրքիայի հետ ունեցած հարաբերությունների վրա»,- նշեց նա։ 

Հունիսի 2-ին Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագն ընդունեց «1915 թ. հայերի և մյուս քրիստոնյա փոքրամասնություններիցեղասպանության հիշատակի և ոգեկոչման մասին» անվանումը կրող Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման բանաձևը, ինչից հետոՉեխիայի նախագահ Միլոշ Զեմանը  հանդես եկավ Չեխիայի կառավարության եւ խորհրդարանին Գերմանիայի օրինակինհետեւելու կոչ հղելու հայտարարությամբ։

Թուրքիան առաջին քայլով հետ կանչեց Գերմանիայում Թուրքիայի արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպանին, ապա մեղադրանքներհնչեցրեց Բունդեսթագի թուրքական արմատներ ունեցող պատգամավորների նկատմամբ, ինչը բողոքի լայն ալիք բարձրացրեցԲունդեսթագի ներսում ընդդեմ Թուրքիայի, ընդհուպ մինչեւ Բունդեսթագի նախագահ Նորբերթ Լամերթի՝ Էրդողանին ուղղվածհայտարարությունը. «Առանձին պատգամավորների վրա սպառնլիքների միջոցով ճնշում գործադրել նշանակում է հարձակվելողջ խորհրդարանի վրա»:
