Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Օհանյանը հանդիպել է ՉԺՀ Անխոյ նահանգի կոմկուսի կոմիտեի քարտուղարի տեղակալ Լի Գոինի գլխավորած պատվիրակության հետ:

Ողջունելով հյուրերին և համառոտ ներկայացնելով Երևանի զարգացման ծրագրերը, Դավիթ Օհանյանը՝ առանձնակի կարևորելով հայ-չինական հարաբերությունների ներկա բարձր մակարդակը, նկատել է, որ այդ համատեքստում իսկապես կարևոր է երկու երկրների մայրաքաղաքների սերտ փոխգործակցությունը, հատկապես հաշվի առնելով, որ Երևանը և Պեկինը արդեն իսկ ստորագրել են համագործակցության վերաբերյալ հուշագիր: Քաղաքապետի տեղակալը նաև ընդգծել է, որ փոխգործակցության սերտացման համար երկուստեք իսկապես առկա է բավարար ներուժ, ինչը ճիշտ տնօրինելու դեպքում կարող է վերաճել արդյ ունավետ և փոխշահավետ համագործակցության:

Ընդ որում, ինչպես նկատել է Դավիթ Օհանյանը, փոխշահավետ համագործակցություն կարող է ձևավորվել ոչ միայն Պեկինի, այլ նաև չինական այլ քաղաքների ու նահանգների, այդ թվում նաև  Անխոյ նահանգի հետ:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար, Լի Գոինն իր հերթին կարևորելով երկու երկրների հարաբերությունների առավել սերտացումը, պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում ըստ ամենայնի օժանդակել մասնավորապես Երևանի և Անխոյ նահանգի միջև փոխշահավետ հարաբերությունների ձևավորմանը: Լի Գոինը հատկանշել է, որ Երևանն իսկապես դինամիկ զարգացող քաղաք է, ինչն արդեն իսկ փաստում է, որ փոխշահավետ համագործակցության բավականին լավ ներուժ ունի: Նա նաև հույս է հայտնել, որ չինական «Մետաքսի ճանապարհ» ծրագրի շրջանակուÕ ´ մասնավորապես Երևանի հետ ևս կարող է ձևավորվել փոխշահավետ համագործակցություն՝ տարբեր ուղղություններով:
