Հունիսի 26-ին Իսրայելի ու Թուրքիան որոշել են հայտնել երկու պետությունների միջեւ տարաձայնությունների կարգավորման ու մինչեւ 2016-ի հունիսը հարաբերությունները լիածավալ վերականգնելու մտադրության մասին, հայտնում է Hurriyet թերթը, վկայակոչելով տեղեկացված աղբյուրները:

Պարբերականը նշում է, որ վերջին պահին կարող են չկանխատեսված բարդացումներ լինել, որոնց պատճառով պայմանագրի ստորագրումը կարող է հետաձգվել: Իսկ եթե նման բաներ տեղի չունենան՝ ամենամոտ ժամանակներս կվերականգնվի համագործակցությունը պաշտպանական ու էներգետիկ ոլորտներում եւ կվերսկսվի համատեղ զորավարժությունների անցկացումը:

Երկու պետությունների միջեւ հարաբերությունները խորը ճգնաժամի մեջ էին հայտնվել 2010-ին, երբ Իսրայելը գրավել էր այսպես կոչված «Ազատության ֆոլիտիլյան», որը գնում էր Գազայի շրջափակումը ճեղքելու: Գործողության ընթացքում զոհվել էին Թուրքիայի ինը ու ԱՄՆ –ի մեկ քաղաքացի:

Հիշեցնենք, որ պաշտոնական Անկարան հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համար երեք պայման էր առաջադրել՝ ներողություն խնդրելը, տուժածներին ու զոհվածների ընտանիքներին փոխհատուցում վճարելը, նաեւ Գազայի հատվածի շրջափակման վերացումը:

2013-ին Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բինյամին Նեթանյահուն ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի ճնշման ներքո զանգահարել էր Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին, որը այդ ժամանակ Թուրքիայի վարչապետն էր, ու նրանից ներողություն խնդրել: Սակայն «Անսասան ժայռ» գործողության պատճառով, որը 2014-ի ամռանն իրականացվեց Գազայում, Թուրքիան նորից ընդհատել էր կարգավորման գործըթնացը:

Այն վերսկսվել է միայն 2015-ի դեկտեմբերին: Լրատվամիջոցները պարբերաբար հայտնում էին, որ կարգավորումը մոտ է: Նաեւ հայտնում էին, որ լուծվել է փոխհատուցման հարցը, սակայն Գազայի շրջափակումը երկար ժամանակ մնում էր չլուծվող խնդիր:

Եթե հավատանք թուրքական պարբերականի տեղեկություններին փոխզիջումային տարբերակը Իսրայելի համար զգալի հաջողություն է: Երուսաղեմը համաձայնել էր Գազայում բուժկենտրոն կառուցել, որը կստանա թուրքական սաքավորումներ ու դեղորայք: Թուրքիան ու Գերմանիան այնտեղ էլեկտրակայան կկառուցեն: Մարդասիրական օգնությունը բեռնաթափվելու է Աշդոդի նավահանգստում ու տեղափոխվելու իսրայելական տերմինալներով: Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Բինալի Յըլդըրըմը գոհունակություն է հայտնել այս որոշումով, ասելով որ Անկարային նախեւառաջ հումանիտար օգնության հարցն էր հետաքրքրում:
