 Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն աշխատանքային շրջայցի ընթացքում հետևել է Գլխավոր պողոտայի «Վերնիսաժի» տարածքի վերակառուցման, արդիականացման, կանոնակարգման ու բարեկարգման ծրագրով նախատեսված աշխատանքներին: Քաղաքապետի հանձնարարությամբ մեկնարկած ներդրումային ծրագրի նպատակը Նալբանդյան-Հանրապետության փողոցների միջանկյալ հատվածում Գլխավոր պողոտայի բարեկարգված այգու տրամաբանական շարունակությունը հանդիսացող «Վերնիսաժի» հատվածը ևս ներկայանալի ու հարմարավետ հանրային տարածք դարձնելն է: Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին ներկայացնելով ծրագրի առաջին փուլով նախատեսված և իրականացվող աշխատանքները՝ պատասխանատուները նշել են, որ ավարտին են մոտենում տարածքի սալահատակի փոխարինման աշխատանքները, զուգահեռ տեղադրվում են նաև առևտրային տաղավարները:

 «Մենք վարձակալի առջև հստակ խնդիր էինք դրել, որ իրականացնի տարածքի բարեկարգումը: Քաղաքի այս հատվածն իսկապես անհրաժեշտ էր վերակառուցել, հատկապես հաշվի առնելով, որ հարակից այգին ամբողջությամբ վերակառուցել էինք ու այն այսօր դարձել է մեր քաղաքի բնակիչների համար շատ սիրված հանգստի գոտի: Այսօր արդեն տեսնում ենք, որ առաջին փուլով նախատեսված աշխատանքները մոտենում են ավարտին, մեկ ամիս հետո էլ զուգահեռ կսկսվեն երկրորդ փուլի աշխատանքները: Նախագծում հաշվի են առնվել բոլոր առաջարկները, և համոզված եմ, որ աշխատանքներում ներգրավված մասնագետների, ճարտարապետների ու շահագրգիռ բոլոր կողմերի համատեղ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ մենք կունենանք իսկապես հրաշալի արդյունք: Շուրջ 20 տարվա պատմություն ունեցող «Վերնիսաժը» կդառնա Երևանի այցեքարտերից մեկն, ու մենք կկարողանանք լիարժեք ներկայացնել նաև քաղաքային այս մշակույթը: Երևանի սրտում գտնվող այս հատվածը կլինի բարեկարգ և, որ կարևոր է, հարմարվետ ինչպես առևտուր իրականացնողների, այնպես էլ մայրաքաղաքի բնակիչների և հյուրերի համար», - ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:

 Քաղաքապետարան-մասնավոր հատված համագործակցության շրջանակում, շուրջ 2000 տնտեսվարողների գործունեության կանոնակարգմանը զուգահեռ, «Վերնիսաժում» հարմարվետ պայմաններ կապահովվեն նաև զբոսաշրջության, լիարժեք հանգստի ու ժամանցի կազմակերպման համար: Տարածքում կառուցվում է շատրվանային երկու համալիր, ցայտաղբյուրներ, արդիականացվում է արտաքին լուսավորության ցանցը: Շինարարության ավարտից հետո կիրականացվեն նաև կանաչապատման աշխատանքներ, տարածքն էլ կհամալրվի հարմարավետ նստարաններով: Վերակառուցման ծրագրով առանձնակի ուշադրություն է դարձվում առևտրի տաղավարների ձևավորմանը, որոնք կառանձնանան հայկական մշակութային տարրերով:
