«Ադրբեջանցի «քարոզչական պաշտոնյա» Նովրուզ Մամեդովը հայտարարել էր, որ Պետերբուրգում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահները պայմանավորվել են 5 շրջան Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու մասին: Մեր ֆեյսբուքյան ընդդիմադիրները հավատացին Նովրուզին և շատ ուրախացան՝ լիքը գրառումների դաշտ է բացվում: (Հատուկ եմ շեշտում ֆեյսբուքյան բառը, որովհետև քաղաքական ուժերից ոչ մեկը, որքան գիտեմ, Նովրուզի տեղեկության հիման վրա հայտարարություն չի արել):

Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը հերքեց այդ տեղեկատվությունը՝ ասելով, որ նման ոչ մի ծրագիր չի համաձայնեցվել: Ֆեյսբուքահայերը մի քիչ տխրեցին, բայց ելքը գտան՝ Նալբանդյան չի հերքում՝ նման ծրագիր կա:

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակը բավականին խիստ հայտարարություն արեց Նովրուզի մեկնաբանությունների առթիվ՝ նշելով, որ դրանք անբարեխիղճ են և խեղաթյուրված ձևով են ներկայացնում իրական վիճակը: Ֆեյսբուքցիները էլի տխրեցին, բայց չհանձնվեցին ու ասացին՝ «մենք հո գիտենք, որ Նովրուզը ճիշտ է»:

Իսկ հիմա պատկերացրեք, որ այսօր Հայաստանի իշխանության որևէ պատասխանատու, որոշում ընդունող ներկայացուցիչ խելահեղ հայտարարություն է անում. «այո, մենք համաձայնել ենք Ադրբեջանին հանձնել ԼՂՀ 5 շրջանները»: Որևէ մեկը կասկածո՞ւմ է, թե ինչ է դրան հետևելու: Այո, դրան հետևելու է իշխանափոխություն»,-գրում է թերթը:
