ԱԺ-ն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց քաղաքական համաձայնության արդյունքում ԸՕ-ում առաջարկվող փոփոխությունները

Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց ՀՀ ընտրական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծը: Քաղաքական համաձայնությամբ առաջարկվող փոփոխություններին կողմ քվեարկեց 106, դեմ՝ 6 պատգամավոր:

Քվեարկությունից առաջ վարման կարգի վերաբերյալ ելույթ ունեցավ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը: «Քանի որ իմ երկու գործընկերներ մասնակցել են քննարկումներին, ես էլ հարգելի պատճառով բացակայել եմ, հիմա ասեմ, որ այդ քննարկումների  ձևաչափը նախաձեռնել է ՀԱԿ-ը այլ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ միասին, խնդիրները ձևակերպել և ներկայացրել է մեր խմբակցությունը, ուստի մենք կողմ ենք այս փոփոխություններին, սակայն սա չի նշանակում, որ մենք կողմ ենք ընտրական օրենսգրքին: Մեզ համար շարունակում է մտահոգիչ մնալ բաց համամասնական ցուցակներով քվեար կությունը, և մենք ամեն ինչ անելու ենք, որ սա ևս փոփոխվի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Ջհանգիրյանը:

ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը հայտարարեց, որ ԲՀԿ-ն ևս կողմ է քվեարկելու առաջարկվող փոփոխություններին: «Իսկապես մենք շատ կարևոր փոփոխությունների ենք հիմա քվեարկելու: Սա լուրջ ջանքերի արդյունք է, եթե մենք կարողանանք կյանքի կոչել այս փոփոխությունները, սա իրապես լուրջ լծակներ կտա ընտրակեղծիքները  նվազեցնելու համար, ԲՀԿ-ն կողմ է քվեարկելու»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:

ԱԺ «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ռուբիկ Հակոբյանն էլ ողջունեց կողմերի ջանքերը բանակցությունների արդյունքում համաձայնության հասնելու առումով, սակայն նշեց, որ չի կարող կողմ քվեարկել մի նախագծի, որի կյանքի կոչումը հարցականի տակ է՝ կապված ֆինանսական միջոցներ գտնելու հետ:

ԱԺ պատգամավոր, նորաստեղծ «Համախմբում» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ Էլինար Վարդանյանը հայտարարեց, որ իրենց կուսակցությունը ներկայացնող պատգամավորները կողմ են քվեարկելու նախագծին, քանի որ առաջարկվող փոփոխությունները մեկ քայլ առաջ են համարում: Պատգամավորը հույս հայտնեց, որ առաջիկայում հնարավոր կլինի վերանայել նաև բաց համամասնական ցուցակներով քվեարկության մասին դրույթը, որը իրենց համար անընդունելի է:
