ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպանությունում հունիսի 28-ին տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ Նախագահի՝ հայ-ռուսական բարեկամական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման գործում ունեցած զգալի ավանդի համար և ռուսաստանյան ԱՊՀ երկրների ինստիտուտի հիմնադրման 20-ամյակի կապակցությամբ շնորհված պարգևների հանձնման արարողությունը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Օլեգ Եսայանն իր բացման խոսքում, շնորհավորելով ԱՊՀ ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Կոնստանտին Զատուլինին և աշխատակիցներին հոբելյանի առթիվ, ընդգծել է, որ իր գործունեության երկու տասնամյակների ընթացքում կառույցը նշանակալի ներդրում է ունեցել հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների առավել խորացման գործում: «ԱՊՀ երկրների ինստիտուտը հետխորհրդային զարգացումների բարդ խճանկարում պատվով իրականացրել և շարունակում է իրականացնել տարածաշրջանային արդի հարցերի շուրջ իրազեկվածության բարձրացմանն ուղղված իր առաքելությունը»,- նշել է ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դ եսպանը:

Միջոցառմանը դեսպան Եսայանն ԱՊՀ ինստիտուտի եվրասիական ինտեգրման և Շանհայան համագործակցության կազմակերպության զարգացման բաժնի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Եվսեևին և ԱՊՀ ինստիտուտի հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Մարգարովին հանձնել է ՀՀ Նախագահի կողմից շնորհված Երախտագիտության մեդալները, իսկ ինստիտուտի տնօրենի առաջին տեղակալ Վլադիմիր Եգորովին, Կովկասի բաժնի ղեկավար Ֆելիքս Ստանևսկուն և Միջին Ասիայի ու Ղազախստանի բաժնի ղեկավար Անդրեյ Գրոզինին՝ ՀՀ Նախագահի շնորհակալագրերը:

Ելույթով հանդես է եկել ԱՊՀ ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը, ով շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հայաստանյան իշխանություններին բարձր պատվի արժանացնելու համար՝ նշելով, որ կառույցը հետագայում ևս կշարունակի ջանքերը՝ ուղղված հայ-ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների առավել ամրապնդմանը:
