Ադրբեջանական կողմի իրարամերժ հայտարարությունները խոսում են այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանի սպասելիքները չեն արդարացել, և եթե այդ երկիրը փորձում է փոխել ստատուս-քվոն, պետք է պատրաստ լինի եռակողմ բանակցությունների: Սակայն Ադրբեջանը այդպիսի բանակցությունների դեռևս պատրաստ չէ:

Այսպիսի կարծիք հայտնեց «Կովկաս» ինստիտուտի փոխտնօրեն Սերգեյ Մինասյանը լրագրողների հետ կայացած հանդիպման ժաման ակ: Նա խոսեց Ալիևի իրարամերժ և սադրիչ հայտարարությունների մասին:

«Ես կարծում եմ, որ Ղարաբաղյան խնդրի կարգավորման հարցում Փարիզում սպասվող բանակցություններն ավելի համեստ արդյունքներ կունենան, քան եղել են Պետերբուրգում և Վիեննայում: Այս ընթացքում որոշ փոփոխություններ, գնահատականեր և զարգացումներ եղան Ղարաբաղյան հարցի շուրջ, սակայն իրականությունը չփոխվեց:

Մի կողմից կողմերը պատրաստ չեն լայնածավալ պատերազմի, մյուս կողմից բանակցային գործընթացից մեծ ակնկալիքներ չունեն: Եթե Ադրբեջանը համարի, որ ստատուս-քվոն չի բխում իր շահերից և պատերազմը վերսկսելու փորձ անի, այս դեպքում արդեն Ադրբեջանը հայկա կան կողմից պետք է ավելի լուրջ դիմադրություն սպասի»,- ասաց Սերգեյ Մինասյանը:

Խոսելով Ղարաբաղյան գործընթացի շուրջ հնարավոր զարգացումների մասին՝ բանախոսը նշեց. «ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները շարունակում են որոշակի քայլեր ձեռնարկել ապրիլյան դեպքերի կրկնությունից խուսափելու համար: ԵԱՀԿ-ն միակ կառույցն է, որ ոչ միայն բանակցային գործընթացների համար է պատասխանատու, այլ նաև հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանման:

Սակայն Ղարաբաղյան հարցի կարգավորման շուրջ այս իրավիճակում հավանական է, որ նոր փակուղու առաջ կանգնենք՝ արդյունքում ունենալով ո՛չ պատերազմ, ո՛չ խաղաղություն իրավիճակ: Ալիևը պետք է կայացնի այն քաղաքական որոշումը, որին սպասում են Ադրբեջանում և աշխարհում, որն իրենից ենթադրում է կա՛մ ռազմական գործողությունների կրկնություն, կա՛մ բանակցություններ»:

Մինասյանը նաև նշեց, որ ԼՂՀ շփման գիծը բացառիկ օրինակ է, որ պահպանում է հարաբերական խաղաղությունը առանց խաղաղապահ ուժերի և միջացգային դիտորդների: Ադրբեջանը շահագռգռված չէ շփման գծում մշտական դիտորդների կամ խաղաղապահ ուժերի տեղակայմամբ, այդ պարագայում նրանց համար դժվար կլինի դիմել ռազմական սադրանքների:
