ԵՄ լավագույն փորձին համահունչ՝ Հայաստանի բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում իրականացվել են բարեփոխումներ

«ՀՀ բարձրագույն կրթության զարգացում՝ Եվրոպական բարձրագույն կրթական տարածքին ինտեգրվելու նպատակով» թվինինգ ծրագրի արդյունքները քննարկվեցին փակման համաժողովի ընթացքում: Եվրամիության կողմից ֆինանսավորվող ծրագրի շնորհիվ Հայաստանի բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում իրականացվել են բարեփոխումներ, որոնք միտված էին ԵՄ լավագույն փորձին համահունչ բարձրագույն կրթության համակարգի բարելավմանը, որակի ապահովման համակարգի զարգացմանը և աշխատաշուկայի կարիքների բավարարմանը:

Ծրագրի շրջանակներում Հայաստան են այցելել 60 փորձագետներ Ֆինլանդիայից և Գերմանիայից՝ ՀՀ բարձրագույն կրթության օրենսդրության վերանայման, վերապատրաստումների անցկացման , հայ մասնագետների հետ փորձի փոխանակաման նպատակով: Մասնակցել են նաև բուհերի ավելի քան 200 դասախոսներ, վարչական աշխատողներ և ուսանողներ:

Համաժողովի ընթացքում ներկայացվել է բարձրագույն կրթության մասին ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը, որի վրա աշխատել են գերմանացի, լատվիացի և ֆինն փորձագետներ, համալսարանական և ոչ համալսարանական շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչներ, ովքեր տարբեր համալսարաններում խոսել են տարբեր շահագրգիռ կողմերի հետ և ունեցել բազմաբնույթ քննարկումներ:

Ծրագրի ամփոփիչ համաժողովի ներկա էին Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար, արտակարգ և լիազորդեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին, Հայաստանում Ֆինլանդիայի և Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանները, միջազգային փորձագետներ, կրթության ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ:

«Հայաստանյան կրթական համակարգը պետք է մոտենա եվրոպական ձեռբերումներին և 21-րդ դարի պահանջներին: Սա  շատ լավ հնարավորություններ է ընձեռում հետագա քննարկումների համար»,- նշեց Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին: Նրա կարծիքով՝ կրթության միջոցով Հայաստանը կարող է խթանել իր զարգացումը, ստեղծել ժամանակակից և բարգավաճ հասարակություն: Նա նաև հավելեց, որ Եվրամիությունը պետք է աջակցի Հայսատանին՝ ստեղծելու ժամանակակից կրթական համակարգ, որը հիմնված կլինի եվրոպական լավագույն ձեռքբերումների վրա:
