Ընթացիկ տարվա 9 ամիսներին Հայաստանում հայտնաբերվել է թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության 883 դեպք, որն անցյալ տարվա համեմատ նվազել է: «Անցյալ տարի նույն ժամանակահատվածում գրանցվել էր 977 դեպք: Նվազման պատճառները կայանում են նրանում, որ մենք մեր առջև խնդիր ենք դրել կանխարգելման աշխատանքներ իրականացնել երկու ուղղություններով. հասարակության հետ աշխատելու ընթացքում նրանց ուշադրությունը դարձնել այս չարիքի նկատմամբ պայքարի կարևորությանը, ինչպես նաև տարբեր միջոցառումների միջոցով թմրամիջոցների ներմուծման նախականխումը»,-լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության պետի առաջին տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Վարդան Բադասյանը:

Նրա տեղեկացմամբ' դեպքերի նվազմանը զուհագեռ ավելացել է առգրավված թմրանյութերի ու մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով Հայաստան ներկրված թմրանյութների դեպքերով քրեական գործերի քանակը: «Թմրանյութերի ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպքերով վարչական պատասխանատվության է ենթարվել 362 անձ, անցյալ տարի նման դեպքերի քանակը եղել է 243: Հայտնաբերվել է 882 կգ ապօրինի շրջանառվող թմրանյութ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ' հայտնեց ոստիկանության պաշտոնյան:

Վարդան Բադասյանի տեղեկացմամբ' վերջին շրջանում նկատվում է սինթետիկ թմրամիջոցների ներկրման աճ: «Ֆրանսիայից ու Գերմանիայից ծանրոցների տեսքով ուղարկում են Հայաստան: Այս տարի հայտնաբերվել է 3 հազար 600 սուբոտեքս տեսակի դեղահաբ, որը կբավականացներ, որ 14 հազար 400 հոգի այն օգտագործեր»,-ասաց ոստիկանության գնդապետը:

Վարդան Բադասյանի հաղորդմամբ' Հայաստանում հաշվառված է թմրանյութ օգտագործող 5 հազար 271 մարդ, որից 71-ը կանայք են, 3-ը 'դեռահասներ: «Անցյալ տարվա համեմատ օգտագործողների աճ է գրանցվել, նրանց թիվը եղել է 5022»,-ասաց պաշտոնյան:

Պաշտոնյան կարևորեց այլընտրանքային բուժման մետադոնային ծրագիրը, որը գործում է ՀՀ երեք քաղաքներում' Երևանում, Գյուրիում, Վանաձորում: «Այն շուտով կգործի Սյունիքում, Կապանում: Այսօր 361 անձ ՀՀ-ում ներգրավված է այդ ծրագրում 240-ը' Երևանում, 22-ը' Վանաձորում, 17-ը' Գյումրիում: Ծրագիրը գործում է նաև Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում»,-ասաց պաշտոնյան:
