ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հուլիսի 4-ին ընդունել է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժային: Զրուցակիցներն անդրադարձել են ՀԱՊԿ-ում հայաստանյան նախագահության առաջնահերթությունների կատարման ընթացքին։ 

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությա ն մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «ՀՀ արտգործնախարարն ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանը մեծ նշանակություն է տալիս ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում համագործակցությանը և հետևողական ջանքերին՝ կառույցի անդամների միջև փոխգործակցության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան գոհունակությամբ արձանագրեց ՀԱՊԿ-ում հայկական նախագահության կողմից իրականացվող ծավալուն աշխատանքը՝ իր աջակցությունը հայտնելով դրա իրականացմանը:

Նախարար Նալբանդյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը շարունակելու է նախաձեռնողական և ակտիվ լինել ՀԱՊԿ-ում՝ փորձելով իր նպաստը բերել կառույցն առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելու գործին: Այս առումով կողմերը կարևորեցին անդամ երկրների կողմից կառույցին անդամակցությունից բխող պարտավորությունների լիակատար իրականացումը:

Զրուցակիցները քննարկեցին կազմակերպության օրակարգային հարցեր, անդրադարձան միջազգային կազմակերպություններում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների համագործակցությանը և արտաքին քաղաքականության համադրմանը, ինչպես նաև ռազմական և ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության զարգացմանը, ահաբեկչության և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեմ պայքարին:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը մտքեր փոխանակեցին ՀԱՊԿ-ի և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների միջև համագործակցության շուրջ»։
