Հրապարակված այն տեղեկատվությունը, թե հանցագործ աշխարհում հեղինակություն վայելող Թևոս Սաֆարյանի եղբոր սպանության փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով կասկածվում է ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության բաժնի նախկին օպերլիազոր Գրիգոր Ղուկասյանը, չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Տեղեկությունը Լուրեր.com-ի հետ զրույցում հերքեց ինքը՝ Գրիգոր Ղուկասյանը: «Լռիվ անհեթեթություն է և, միանշանակ, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, - ասաց Ղուկասյանը: Հիշեցնենք, որ Shamshyan.com-ի տեղեկություններով հանցագործ աշխարհում հեղինակություն վայելող Թևոս Սաֆարյանի եղբոր սպանության փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով կասկածվում է ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչության բաժնի նախկին օպերլիազոր Գրիգոր Ղուկասյանը, ով Երևանի կենտրոն Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Գայանե Կարախանյանի փեսան է: Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր Լուրեր.com-ը, հունվարի 27-ին' ժամը 00.17-ին, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Կենտրոնականի բաժնում հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ Սարյան փողոցում գտնվող փոստատան մոտ կրակել են մի քաղաքացու վրա, որը տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց: Ժամը 00.20-ին հիվանդանոցից ոստիկանությունում հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ որովայնի և կրծքավանդակի ստորին մասերի հրազենային վնասվածքով բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 1972թ. ծնված Արթուր Սաֆարյանը, որը ստացած վնասվածքներից մահացել է: Մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել է, որ նույն օրը' ժամը 00.15-ի սահմաններում, անհայտ անձը Արամի նրբանցքի թիվ 5/Ա շենքի բակում, հրազենի գործադրմամբ, վնասվածքներ է պատճառել Ա. Սաֆարյանին' որովայնի և կրծքավանդակի հատվածներում: Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է փամփուշտի 1 գնդակ, 9 մմ տրամաչափի 3 պարկուճ, իսկ Սարյան փողոցի թիվ 20 շենքի մոտից' «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակ' փամփշտակալում' 9 մմ տրամաչափի 1 փամփուշտ:
