ՃՈ-ը զգուշացնում է մինչև հուլիսի 11-ը վճարել խախտումների տուգանքները

Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ 2016 թ. հուլիսի 11-ին ավարտվում է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի կողմից 2015 թ. դեկտեմբերի 21-ին ընդունված «Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված վեցամսյա ժամկետը, որի ընթացքում 2012 թ. հունվարի 1-ից մինչև 2015 թ. հունվարի 9-ը ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնների խախտումների համար վարչական պատասխանատվության ենթարկված անձը տուգանքի գումարը (սկզբնական գումարը) վճարելու դեպքում ազատվում է վարչական ակտի ընդունման պահին գործող օրենքով սահմանված կարգով գումարը չվճարելու հետևանքով նախատեսված տուգանքի չափի ավելացած մասը (եռապատկված, հնգապատկված, 25 կամ 50 տոկոսով ավելացած) և «Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 67-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված կատարողական գործողությունների կատարման ծախսերը վճարելու պարտականությունից, իսկ 2015թ. հունվարի 9-ից մինչև 2016թ. հունվարի 11-ը կայացված վարչական ակտերով նշանակված տուգանքի գումարը վճարելու դեպքում, վարչական ակտի հասցեատերն ազատվում է վարչական ակտի ընդունման պահին գործող օրենքով սահմանված կարգով գումարը չվճարելու հետևանքով նախատեսված տուգանքի չափի ավելացած մասը վճարելու պարտականությունից:
