Հայ գործարարները կֆինանսավորեն Արցախում ապրիլին ավերված 10 տների կառուցման աշխատանքները

Հայաստանի արդյունաբերողների և գործարարների միությունը կֆինանսավորի Արցախում ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի հետևանքով ավերված 10 տների կառուցման աշխատանքները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց Հայաստանի արդյունաբերողների և գործարարների միության նախագահ Արսեն Ղազարյանը:

«Մեր խորհրդի նիստից հետո որոշվեց, որ տարվա ծրագիրը լինելու է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ավերված տների վերականգնումը: Ըստ հաշվարկների յուրաքանչյուր ավերված տունը կարժենա 25 մլն դրամ: Պատերազմի հետևանքով վնասվել է 200 տուն, որից 80-ը հիմնահատակ ավերվել է: Այսինքն` այդ 80-ի դեպքում նորը պետք է կառուցվի, մնացածը վերանորոգվելու են: Հիմա միությունն իր վրա է վերցնում 10 տների կառուցման աշխատանքների ծախսը»,-ասաց Արսեն Ղազարյանը: Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ մինչև տարվա վերջ այդ գումարները կհատկացվեն, որ տները կառուցվեն և մարդիկ կարողանան վերադառնալ իրենց տները:

Ապրիլի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը և առավոտյան Ադրբեջանը ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով ձեռնարկել է լայնածավալ նախահարձակ գործողություններ, որոնց ընթացքում հրթիռահրետանային արկակոծման են ենթարկվել ոչ միայն հայկական զինուժի պաշտպանական դիրքերը, այլև խաղաղ բնակավայրերը: Ադրբեջանական զինուժի կողմից ապրիլի 2-ին Մարտունու ուղղությամբ ՄՄ-21 («Գրադ») կայանքից իրականացված հրթիռահրետակոծության հետևանքով սպանվել է 12-ամյա Վաղինակ Գրիգորյանը, ևս երկու երեխա վիրավորվել են: Իսկ ապրիլի 3-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Թալիշ ում նախօրեին ադրբեջանցիները գազանաբար գնդակահարել, խոշտանգել ու խեղել են երեք խաղաղ բնակիչների:

Արցախի գլխավոր դատախազության տվյալներով Ադրբեջանը քառօրյա պատերազմի հրահրումով ԼՂՀ -ին հասցրել է 779 միլիոն դրամի վնաս:
