Շրջանավարտները հանդիսավոր պայմաններում ստացան ավարտական վկայականները

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի միջնակարգ եւ հիմնական դպրոցներում հանդիսավոր   պայմաններում ավարտական վկայականներ հանձնվեցին 2015-2016 ուսումնական տարվա շրջանավարտներին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի ԿՄՍ վարչության պետ Գարիկ Բադալյանը,  միջնակարգ կրթության վկայականներ են ստացել 1700, հիմնական կրթության վկայականներ՝ 2150 շրջանավարտ:

Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետի  հանձնարարությամբ ավարտական վկայականների բաշխմանը մասնակցել են մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչները եւ տվյալ  համայնքի ղեկավարը:

«Դպրոցներում ավարտական վկայականների հանձնմանը հանդիսավոր տեսք տալը մեզ մոտ արդեն դառնում է ավանդույթ: Երկրորդ տարին է, ինչ մենք կազմակերպում ենք ավարտական վկայականների հանդիսավոր հանձնումը՝ գտնելով, որ ուսման ավարտական վկայական ստանալը յուրաքանչյուր շրջանավարտի համար պետք է համարվի իրադարձային օր, որքան որ վերջին զանգը, ավարտական քննությունները, մյուս հիշարժան օրերը: Այսուհետ, ինչպես մեկ տարի առաջ,  ավարտական վկայականները մարզի հանրակրթական դպրոցներում կհանձնվեն նման հանդիսավորությամբ»,- իր խոսքում նշեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը:
