Հանրապետությունում գրանցված տեղատարափ անձրևների հետևանքով սողանքային գոտիներն ակտիվացել են: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին նշեց ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Փրկարար ծառայության տարերային աղետների բաժնի պետ Արթուր Մուրադյանը: 

«Մեր կողմից կանխարգելիչ աշխատանքներ են տարվում: Ռիսկային գոտի կա Լոռու մարզի Շահումյան գյուղում: Այնտեղ կա ամառանոցային թաղամաս, որը գտնվում է լանջերի վրա: Սողանքների հետևանքով երկու ամառանոց փլուզվել է: Առաջարկել ենք այդ թաղամասում ժամանակավոր չբնակեցնել: Ռիսկային են համարվում նաև Գետահովիտը, Առափին: Այդ բնակավայրերում բնակիչների հետ աշխատանք է տարվում, տեղեկատվություն ենք տրամադրում համապատասխան վարքականոնների մասին»,-ասաց Արթուր Մուրադյանը: Վտանգավոր շրջաններում իրականացվում են ինժեներապաշտպանական միջոցառում ներ, լանջերի հորատումներ և այլն:  

Անդրադառնալով Արթիկի հեղեղումներին` Արթուր Մուրադյանը նշեց, որ հեղեղատարը մաքուր է եղել: Պարզապես ջրառատ տարի է, դրանից բացի ջերմաստիճանի կտրուկ բարձրացմամբ Արագածի փեշերին կուտակված սառույցը հալել է և կարկուտի հետ ջրի հոսքն իջել է դեպի սելավատար` իր հետ բերելով տիղմ, հող, քարեր: Հաշված րոպեների ընթացքում այդ ամբողջը լցվել է սելավատար: Արթուր Մուրադյանը նշեց, որ հարակից ձորակներում, ինչպես նաև հեղեղատարի վրա կան ապօրինի կառույցեր, վարչապետը հանձնարարել է դրանք հեռացնել:

ՀՀ ԳՆ Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Վոլոդյա Նարիմանյանի փոխանցմամբ, նախատեսվում է հեղեղատարների հետ կապված ամբողջ գործընթացը համակարգել: Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեն այս տարվա մարտից ներառվել է այդ աշխատանքներում: Առաջարկվել է, որ հանրապետությունում հեղեղատարների հետ կապված կատարվի գույքագրում, իրականացվեն մանրամասն ուսումնասիրություններ, կազմվի տվյալների բազա, դուրս բերվեն խնդիրները և կազմվի գործողությունների ծրագիր, որով կկանխվեն ոչ ցանկալի երևույթները:

«Ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեն նախկինում այդ գործառույթը չի ունեցել, մարտից կա հանձնարարություն և մենք զբաղվում ենք: Առայժմ իրականացվել են հեղեղատարների մաքրման ու ափապաշտպան կառույցների շինարարական աշխատանքներ: Դրանք հիմնականոմ ավարտված են»,-ասաց Վոլոդյա Նարիմանյանը: Այդ աշխատանքների ընդհանուր գումարը կազմել է 711 մլն դրամ:
