ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում հուլիսի 16-ին շարունակվել է բանակային զորամիավորումների, ՊՆ, ԶՈՒ և ԶՈՒ ԳՇ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից 2016թ. առաջին կիսամյակի ընթացում իրականացված աշխատանքների կատարողականին նվիրված երկօրյա խորհրդակցությունը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով խորհրդակցության մասնակիցներին` ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը անդրադարձ է կատարել տարածաշրջանում վերջին հայտնի զարգացումներին առնչվող հարցերին և տարածաշրջանային ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակին:

Սեյրան Օհանյանն ընդգծել է, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական և տարածաշրջանային զարգացումների համատեքստում, ինչպես նաև ժողովրդավարության ամրապնդման և քաղաքացիական վերահսկողութան պայմաններում պաշտպանական բարեփոխումների շարունակական իրականացումն ու զինված ուժերի կարողությունների զարգացումն այլընտրանք չունեն:

Հաշվետու զեկույցներով հանդես են եկել ՊՆ, ԶՈՒ և ԶՈՒ ԳՇ մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներ: Զեկույցներում ընդգծվել է, որ վարչություններն ու ենթակա ստորաբաժանումները հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ամբողջությամբ իրականացրել են պլանային բոլոր միջոցառումները: Մանրամասն ներկայացվել և վերլուծվել են պաշտպանության բնագավառի տարբեր ոլորտներում ընթացող զարգացումները, հրատապ հարցերը, կարծիքներ և առաջարկներ են ներկայացվել նաև ընթացիկ և հեռանկարային ծրագրերն առավել արդյունավետ կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ:

Զեկույցներում նշվել է, որ իրականացվա ծ աշխատանքները նպատակաուղղված են եղել զինված ուժերի մարտական պատրաստականության ամրապնդմանը, պաշտպանական կարողությունների զարգացմանը, արհեստավարժ  կադրերի պատրաստմանն ու վերապատրաստմանը, կադրային քաղաքականության թափանցիկության ապահովմանը, բանակ-հասարակություն կապի ամրապնդմանը, զինծառայողների առողջության պահպանմանը, նրանց մարտական պատրաստականության, մարտունակության և մասնագիտական ունակությունների բարձրացմանը:

Ամփոփելով խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ներկայացված զեկույցները, պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանն, ընդհանուր առմամբ բարձր է գնահատել հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունավետությունը և վստահություն է հայտնել, որ այսուհետ ևս զինված ուժերը հավատարիմ են մնալու ամենօրյա զարգացման և շարունակական առաջընթացի սկզբունքներին։
