Հղիության ընթացքում չափից շատ ուտող կանայք ճարպային ավելորդ հյուսվածքով երեխաներ են ունենում

Հղի կանայք, որոնք սննդի մեջ մեծ քանակությամբ ածխաջրեր եւ ճարպեր են օգտագործում, հաճախ ճարպային ավելորդ հյուսվածքով երեխաներ են ունենում: Որքան ապագա մայրիկի սննդի մեջ ավելի շատ են  հագեցած ճարպերը, այնքան նրա երեխայի ճարպային շերտը մեծ կլինի, անկախ մինչեւ հղիությունը կնոջ քաշից:  Այդ մասին հայտնում են University of Colorado Denver-ի գիտնականները Տեսսա Կրումի գլխավորությամբ:

Մոր սննդակարգի եւ երեխայի կազմվածքի միջեւ կապն ի հայտ բերելու համար Կրումի խումբը վերլուծել է 1040 մայր-երեխա զույգի վերաբերյալ տվյալներ: Հղիության ընթացքում գիտնականները պարբերաբար յուրաքանչյուր կնոջ խնդրել են թվարկել այն ամենը, ինչ նա կերել է վերջին 24 ժամվա ընթացքում: Երբ երեխաները ծնվել են, հետազոտողները տվյալներ են հավաքել նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի մասին` քաշը, հասակը, գլխի շրջագիծը եւ օրգանիզմում ճարպային հյուսվածքի տոկոսը:  

Պարզվել է, որ կանանց կեսն օրական միայն 2025 կալորիա է օգտագործել, մյուս կեսն ավելի շատ է կերել: Կանանց ընդհանուր թվի գրեթե կեսը ճարպերից է ստացել կալորիաների մոտավորապես 32 տոկոսը, սպիտակուցներից` 15 տոկոսը եւ ածխաջրերից` 48 տոկոսը: Հետազոտողները պարզել են, որ այդ համամասնությունների փոփոխությունը չի ազդել ծնվելու ժամանակ երեխաների քաշի վրա: Ավելի կարեւոր է եղել այն, թե սննդի  մեջ կոնկրետ ինչ են օգտագործել ապագա մայրերը: Օրվա ընթացքում հագեցած ճարպերից ստացված ամեն 100 կալորիան երեխայի ճարպային հյուսվածքի զանգվածն ավելացրել է 11 գրամով, մինչդեռ չհագեցած ճարպերի համար այդ քանակությունը գրեթե կրկնակի փոքր է եղել` 6 գրամ: Նույն չափի էներգետիկ արժեք ունեցող ածխաջրերը  3 գրամի աճ են առաջացրել:

Քանի որ հետազոտողները ստիպված էին հիմնվել իրենց սննդի մասին պատմող կանանց ազնվության վրա, ստացված արդյունքները չի կարելի բացարձակապես ճշգրիտ կոչել:  Սակայն գիտական խումբը կանանց խորհուրդ է տալիս հղիության ընթացքում հետեւել իրենց սննդին եւ հիշեցնում է, որ հղիության ընթացքում ոչ միայն կարիք չկա երկու հոգու փոխարեն ուտել, այլեւ դա վնասակար է ինչպես կնոջ, այնպես էլ երեխայի համար:
