ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի որոշմամբ՝ փրկարար ծառայության գնդապետ Մուշեղ Ղազարյանը hուլիսի 18-ին նշանակվել է ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության աշխատակազմի փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն:

Մուշեղ Վիլիկի Ղազարյանը ծնվել է 1962թ. սեպտեմբերի 3-ին Երևանում:
1999 թ. ավարտել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետը, որակավորումը` իրավաբան:
1980-1982 թթ.` ծառայել է ԽՍՀՄ բանակում:
1988-1994 թթ.` աշխատել է Երևանի երաժշտական ընկերության արդյունաբերական կոմբինատում` որպես արտադրության պետ:
1990-1994 թթ.` մասնակցել է արցախյան ազատամարտին:
1992-1994 թթ.` ՀՀ ՊՆ Զ/Մ հրամանատարի մարտական գծով գլխավոր խորհրդական:
1994-1996 թթ.` Երևանի կոնյակի գործարանի Սանկտ-Պետերբուրգի գլխավոր ներկայացուցչությունում` որպես գլխավոր տնօրեն:
1996-1998 թ թ.` ՀՀ ՊՆ կարգապահության բաժնի պետ:
1999-2004 թթ.` «Երևանի էլեկտրացանց» ՓԲԸ-ի «Շենգավիթ» մասնաճյուղի տնօրեն:
2004-2005 թթ.` ՀՀ ԱԻՎ քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության գնդի հրամանատար:
2005-2007 թթ.` ՀՀ ԱԻՎ Կոտայքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության պետ:
2007-2014 թթ.` ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության պետ:
2014 թ. սեպտեմբերի 17-ից նշանակվել է ՀՀ ԱԻՆ փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենի տեղակալ-Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության պետ:
2016 թ. հուլիսի 18-ից նշանակվել է ՀՀ ԱԻՆ աշխատակազմի փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն:
