ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանն հուլիսի 21-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ռիչարդ Միլսին։ Հանդիպմանը  մասնակցել են նաև  ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան անվտանգության ծառայության պետ Ամանդա Ֆիլպոտը, իրավապահ համագործակցության ծրագրերի խորհրդատու Անդի Հոլովեյը, իրավապահ համագործակցության ծրագրերի հա մակարգող Մարիցա Հովհաննիսյանը։

Այս մասին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Դեսպանը ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահին է ներկայացրել տիկին Ֆիլպոտին և պարոն Հոլովեյին, ովքեր վերջերս են ստանձնել իրենց նոր պարտականությունների իրականացումը՝ ընդգծելով ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի հետ՝ որպես կարևոր գործընկերոջ, արդյունավետ փոխգործակցության շարունակության կարևորությունը։

ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել կոմիտեի մի շարք հավակնոտ նախաձեռնություններին ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան կողմից ցուցաբերված տեխնիկական աջակցությունը, որի արդյունքում կոմիտեի աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը, կազմաիրավական ընթացակարգերը որակական նոր հարթություն են տեղափոխվել։  Քննչական բոլոր ստորաբաժանումներում ներդրվել է քրեական գործերի թվայնացումը, մշակվել և արդեն գործարկվել է արխիվի էլեկտրոնային հաշվառման համակարգը, իսկ առաջիկայում կփորձարկվի նաև էլեկտրոնային նախաքննության ծրագիրը։ Այս համակարգերի արդյունավետ գործարկման համար կարևորվում է ներքին ցանցի ապահովումը, որի ստեղծման հարցում մեծ է դեսպանատան աջակցությունը։

«Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նոր հնարավորությունների կիրառումը քննչական աշխատանքում էապես նպաստում է քննության արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը, կոռուպցիոն ռիսկերի նվազեցմանը։ Հետևողական քայլեր ենք ձեռնարկում՝ ապահովելու քննիչների հասանելիությունը երկրում առկա տեղեկատվական հիմնական շտեմարաններին, ինչն էապես կնպաստի  նախաքննության ժամկետների անհարկի ձգձգումների կրճատմանը, ողջամիտ ժամկետների պահպանմանը»,- նշել է Ա.Հովսեփյանը։

Դեսպանը բարձր է գնահատել կատարված աշխատանքը և հավաստել, որ պատրաստակամ են շարունակել արդյունավետ փոխգործակցությունը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են զինված խմբի կողմից հուլիսի 17-ին ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածքի գրավմանը և դրան հաջորդած իրադարձություններին վերաբերող հարցեր, մտքեր փոխանակել ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ։ Երկուստեք կարևորվել է խաղաղ հանգուցալուծումը։
