Յունիբանկը ամբողջովին անցում կատարեց «Պրոտոբեյզ Լաբարատորիզ»-ի ProtoCRM համակարգին

Յունիբանկ ԲԲԸ-ն ամբողջովին անցում կատարեց «Պրոտոբեյզ Լաբարատորիզ» ընկերության կողմից մշակված, CRM-համակարգերի նոր սերնդին պատկանող ProtoCRM համակարգին: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց Յունիբանկի Վարչության նախագահի տեղակալ, Օպերացիոն սպասարկման և տեղեկատվական համակարգերի տնօրեն Մեսրոպ Հակոբյանը: 

Վարկավորման գործընթացի ավտոմատացումը հնարավորություն է տալիս բանկին առավել արդյունավետ գնահատել հաճախորդի վարկունակությունը, կառուցել հաճախորդի պրոֆիլը` հիմնվելով սեփական վիճակագրական բազայի վրա, և բացառել մարդկային գործոնը վարկի վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացնելիս: Վարկային պորտֆելի վերլուծության ավտոմատացված գործընթացը նպաստում է որակյալ վարկերի բազայի ձևավորմանը և վարկային ռիսկի նվազեցմանը: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ վարկային հայտի վերաբերյալ որոշումը կայացվում է ընդամենը մեկ րոպեում:

«Պրոտոբեյզ Լաբարատորիզ»-ը Յունիբանկում առաջին անգամ ներդրեց վարկավորման ավտոմատացված CRM-համակարգը 2013թ.-ին: Այդ ժամանակվանից ի վեր բանկը մշակել է սպառողական վարկավորման մոտ 720 հազար հայտ: Այս տարի Յունիբանկի վարկային կոնվեյերն արդեն մշակել է 150 հազար հայտ: 2016թ.-ի երկրորդ եռամսյակի տվյալներով Յունիբանկի մանրածախ վարկերի քանակը գերազանցել է 200 հազարը:

«ProtoCRM համակարգին անցում կատարելը հնարավորություն տվեց բանկին նվազեցնել ծախսերը` բարձրացնելով սպասարկման որակն ու արդյունավետությունը, ինչն առաջնային է մանրածախ ուղղությունը զարգացնող բանկի համար: Համակարգի մոդուլը թույլ է տալիս բանկին սահմանել անհրաժեշտ չափանիշները` ապահովելով հաճախորդների հետ փոխգործողության գործընթացի ավտոմատացումը: Շահագործելով ProtoCRM համակարգը` առավել արդյունավետ ենք բավարարում մեր հաճախորդների  պահանջմունքները», - նշեց Մեսրոպ Հակոբյանը:

Բիզնեսի ծավալների ընդլայնմանը զուգահեռ «Յունիբանկը» մշտապես ակտիվ ներդրումներ է կատարել IT-ում: Մանրածախ ուղղության դինամիկ զարգացումը, բանկի մասնաճյուղային ցանցի ընդլայնումը և նորույթ հանդիսացող լուծումների կիրառումը ենթադրում են IT ենթակառուցվածքի ապահով աշխատանք բոլոր բիզնես գործընթացներում: Հաճախորդը պետք է վստահ լինի տվյալների անվտանգությանն ու ապահովությանը:

Այդ նպատակով բանկը սկսեց իրականացնել ևս մեկ խոշոր նախահիծ` Տվյալների մշակման ժամանակակից կենտրոնի ստեղծումը, որը նախատեսված է սերվերային և կոմունիկացիոն սարքավորումների տեղաբաշխման համար և կարող է պահել ու մշակել բանկային տեղեկատվության հսկայական ծավալներ: Այն հիմնված է հեռահաղորդակցման ոլորտում խոշորագույն ընկերություններից մեկի` Huawei-ի համալիր լուծման վրա, և տարբերվում է տեղեկատվության պաշտպանվածության և ապահովության բարձր մակարդակով:
