ՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը կդիմի Եվրոպայի խորհրդի և ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատարներին, ՄԱԿ-ի Երեխայի իրավունքների կոմիտեին, ինչպես նաև Երեխաների օմբուդսմենների եվրոպական ցանցին ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Մովսես գյուղի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական կողմի կրակելու փաստի առնչությամբ:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմից:

2016 թվականի հուլիսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 17:10-ի սահմաններում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը խոշոր տրամաչափի զինատեսակներից կրակ են բացել ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Մովսես գյուղի ուղղությամբ: Կրակը բացվել է գյուղի դպրոցին մոտ գտնվող մարզադաշտում խաղացող 15-20 երեխաների ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին մեզ տեղեկացրել է Մովսես համայնքի ղեկավարը, ինչպես նաև այդ տեղեկությունները տարածվել են լրատվության միջոցներով:

Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի այս հանցավոր բնույթի նպատակային ոտնձգությունը կոպտորեն խախտում է միջազգային, այդ թվում՝ միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերը: Դրանք հենց Ադրբեջանի ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունների խախտում են: Յուրաքանչյուր երեխա կրակոցից կամ ցանկացած այլ ոտնձգությունից ենթակա է հատուկ պաշտպանության: Այդ պահանջը ենթակա է խիստ պահպանության առանձնապես խաղաղ բնակավայրերի, առավել ևս դպրոցների պաշտպանության առումով:

Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի այս ագրեսիվ արարքի վերաբերյալ տվյալները, նմանատիպ դեպքերը բացառելու ուղղությամբ համապատասխան միջոցներ ձեռնարկելու կոնկրետ առաջարկով, կփոխանցվեն Եվրոպայի խորհրդի և ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների հանձնակատարներին, ՄԱԿ-ի Երեխայի իրավունքների կոմիտեին, ինչպես նաև Երեխաների օմբուդսմենների եվրոպական ցանցին:
