«Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամ, «Հիմնադիր խորհրդարանի» մամլո խոսնակ Վարուժան Ավետիսյանը ԳԱԼԱ-ին փոխանցեց, որ հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Գ. Կուտոյանի հետ՝ Արցախի հերոս Վիտալի Բալասանյանի միջնորդությամբ եւ որոշում է կայացվել ազատ արձակել պատանդներին՝ պայմանով, որ ստեղծվելու է մամուլի կետ:

«Երեկոյան լրացուցիչ քննարկելով, որոշեցինք որպես բարի կամքի լրացուցիչ դրսեւորում առաջ քայլ կատարել եւ նախապես, մինչ մամուլի կետի ստեղծումը ազատ արձակել երկու երիտասարդ ոստիկաններին: Հիմա այդ արարաողությունը կատարվում է պարոն Բալասանյանի ներկայությամբ: Որոշվել է, որ կետի տեղակայման հարցը թողնում ենք պարոն Բալասանյանի իրավասությանը: Մամուլին կանչում ենք հետեւյալ սկզբունքով. մենք պայմանավորվում ենք մամուլի միջոցների հետ, իրենք գալիս են, վարչախմբի կողմը ապահովում է նրանց ազատ ելումուտը:
