1. Էմբրիոն: Որոշ մարդիկ գունդուկծիկ են քնում: Դա շատ է հիշեցնում մոր արգանդում էմբրիոնի դիրքը: Նման մարդիկ սովորաբար ուժեղ են, նպատակասլաց, երբեմն դաժան, սակայն դա միայն արտաքին քողարկում է: Ներսից նման մարդիկ շատ զգայուն են եւ խոցելի: Երբեմն նրանք ամաչում են անծանոթ մարդկանց հետ խոսելիս, բայց որոշ ժամանակ անց գտնում են իրենց եւ բավական հարմարավետ են զգում: Նշենք, որ այդ դիրքում քնում են ավելի շատ կանայք, քան տղամարդիկ:

2. Գերան: Նրանք քնում են հանգիստ՝ ձեռքերը կողքերին դրած: Նման մարդկանց մասին ասում են, որ նրանք փոքր-ինչ ցինիկ են եւ չեն վստահում շրջապատին: Նրանք սիրում են լինել հանրության մեջ եւ վստահում են մարդկանց: Նրանց կարելի է թեթեւամիտ անվանել:

Ազատ անկում: Այս մարդիկ քնում են փորի վրա, ձեռքերը դնում են բարձի տակ, իսկ գլուխը շրջում են կողք: Սրանք շատ հակասական մարդիկ են. նրանք կարող են շփվող եւ կոպիտ լինել, դաստիարակված եւ հանդուգն: Նրանք նյարդային են եւ հեշտ խոցելի: Այդ մարդիկ չեն սիրում էքստրեմալ վիճակներում հայտնվել եւ իրենց հասցեին քննադատություն լսել:

6. Ծովաստղ: Այս մարդիկ քնում են փորի վրա՝ ձեռքերը կողք պարզած: Նման դիրքում քնողները շատ բաց եւ շփվող մարդիկ են, նրանք շատ արագ նոր ընկերներ են գտնում, քանի որ բաց են շրջապատի համար եւ կարող են լսել զրուցակցին: Եթե նրանց ընկերներին օգնություն է պետք, հենց այդ մարդիկ են առաջինն օգնության հասնում: Իրենց ամբողջ շփվող բնավորությամբ հանդերձ՝ նրանք չեն սիրում համընդհանուր ուշադրության կենտրոնում լինել:
