Երևանի պատմության թանգարանում հուլիսի 26-ին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի նախաձեռնությամբ բացվել է Չեխիայից հայրենադարձված նկարիչ, ասեղնագործության վարպետ և ձևավորող Մարիամ Ղարիբյանի ձեռագործ աշխատանքների ցուցահանդեսը:

Բացման խոսքով հանդես է եկել Երևանի պատմության թանգարանի տնօրեն Արմինե Սարգսյանը:

Ինչպպես տեղեկացրին Սփյուռքի նախարարությունից, արվեստագետին մաղթելով ստեղծագործական նորանոր ձեռքբերումներ՝ ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության համահայկական ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Գագիկ Գյանջումյանը ներկայացրել է նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանի ողջույնի խոսքը, որում մասնավորապես ասված էր. «Հաղթահարելով բոլոր դժվարությունները՝ Մարիամ Ղարիբյանն արարել է, հոգևոր սնունդ առել ու ստեղծագործելու պարարտ հող գտել՝ Հայաստան պարբերական այցելությունների ժամանակ: Մարիամն ինքնատիպ արվեստագետ է, ով ունի իր ձեռագիրը և ում անչափ քնքուշ ու նուրբ հոգին արտացոլվում է աշխատանքներում, մասնավորապես՝ Այնթապի ասեղնագործության մեջ:  Վստահ եմ, որ Մարիամի իրական հաջողությունները նոր պիտի թակեն դուռը, և մենք պիտի է՛լ ավելի հպարտանանք ու հիանանք նրանով թե´ որպես նկարչի, թե´ որպես ասեղնագործի, թե´ որպես հագուստների ձևավորողի՝ Հայրենիքում և նրա սահմաններից դուրս»:

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի մշակույթի և տուրիզմի վարչության պետ Ռուբեն Հովհաննիսյանը նշել է, որ քաղաքապետարանը սիրով և հպարտությամբ է աջակցել Մարիամ Ղարիբյանի աշխատանքների ցուցադրության կազմակերպմանը:

Արվեստագետին շնորհավորել են Հայկական արհեստների զարգացման կենտրոնի փոխտնօրեն Անուշ Շարամբեյանը, նկարիչ-դիզայներ Նուռը, ոճաբան-մոդելավորող Արամ Նիկոլյանը: Նրանք ընդգծել են, որ Մարիամը, ժամանակակից զգեստների ձևավորման մեջ օգտագործելով հայկական ավանդական ասեղնագործությունը, իր աշխատանքներում յուրօրինակ ձեռագրով համադրել է հինն ու նորը:

Այնուհետև ելույթ է ունեցել Մարիամ Ղարիբյանը: Նա շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությանը և անձամբ նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանին՝ Հայրենիքում աշխատանքների ցուցադրությունը կազմակերպելու և բարձր գնահատանքի համար: Հայրենադարձ նկարիչն իր երախտագիտության խոսքն է հայտնել նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին, նկարիչ-դիզայներ Նուռին աջակցության համար. «Ինձ համար այս ցուցահանդեսն ամենակարևորն է, քանի որ կազմակերպվել է Հայրենիքում: Համոզված եմ, որ մայր հողն ինձ ուժ է տալու և դեռ ստեղծելու եմ արժեքավոր աշխատանքներ»:

Մարիամի աշխատանքների ցուցադրություններ են կազմակերպվել Եվրոպայի մի շարք երկրներում  և ԱՄՆ-ում: Չեխիայում բնակվելու տարիներին տեղի հայ համայնքում Մարիամը ակտիվ գործունեություն է ծավալել՝ նկարչություն և ասեղնագործություն դասավանդելով  հայկական շաբաթօրյա դպրոցում:
