Փրկարար ծառայությունը կոչ է անում լողափնյա հանգիստը կազմակերպելիս հետևել անվտանգության կանոններին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսին նշեց ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Փրկարար ծառայության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության Հատուկ ջրափրկարարական ջոկատի հրամանատար Արմեն Ճզմաչյանը, այս տարվա լողափնյա սեզոնին Սևանա լճում ջրահեղձման դեպքեր դեռ չեն գրանցվել, սակայն նման դեպքեր եղել են մինչ այդ, ինչպես նաև հանրապետության մյուս տարածքներում:

«2014 թվականին Սևանում լողափնյա սեզոնի ընթացքում ջրահեղձվել է 4 հոգի, 2015 թվականին` ևս 4 հոգի, որից միայն մեկն է լողափնյա սեզոնին ջրահեղձվել, 2016 թվականին Սևանում ջրահեղձվել է երկու հոգի, բայց մարտ ամսին՝ մինչև լողասեզոնի սկսվելը: Դրանից բացի, այս տարի մեր ջրափրկարարների կողմից տարբեր մարզերում դուրս է բերվել երկու ջրահեղձված դի: Մեկ դեպքը գրանցվել է հուլիսի 23-ին Շիրակի մարզում, երբ Վահրամաբերդ  գյուղի ջրամբարում ջահեղձվել է 21 տարեկան մի երիտասարդ` լողալ չիմանալու պատճառով: Մյուս դեպքը եղել է հունիսին Տավուշի մարզի Այրում կայարանի մոտ , որտեղ երիտասարդն ընկել էր Դեբետ գետը: 5 օր որոնողական աշխատանքի արդյունքում հայտնաբերվեց դին և դուրս բերվեց»,-ասաց Արմեն Ճզմաչյանը:

Դժբախտ դեպքերից խուսափելու համար խորհուրդ է տրվում նախ լողալ միայն լողալու համար նախատեսված վայրերում: Դրանից բացի լողալու համար նախատեսված վայրերում հանգիստը կազմակերպելիս պահպանել անվտանգության կանոնները, չանցնել լողանշանները, որովհետև դրանից հետո ստորջրյա ռելիեֆը կտրուկ խորանում է և այդ հատվածում լողալը վտանգավոր է: Արմեն Ճզմաչյանն ընդգծեց, որ արգելվում է շատ սնունդ ընդունելուց, ինչպես նաև ալկոհոլ օգտագործելուց հետո չպետք է մտնել ջուրը լողալու, քանի որ դա կարող է դժբախտ պատահարի առիթ հանդիսանալ:

«Նման դեպքեր շատ են լինում, մանավանդ Սևանի ավազանում, արդեն կեսօրին հանգստացողների մեծ մասն օգտագործած է լինում ալկոհոլ: Մեր քաղաքացիները պետք է իմանան, որ ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ արյան շրջանառությունն ուժեղանում է, անոթները լայնանում են, և երբ կտրուկ սառը ջրի մեջ են մտնում, անոթները սկսում են նեղանալ, ինչը կարող է ինֆարկտի պատճառ լինել: Դրանից բացի, ջղաձգություն կարող է առաջանալ, որը խիստ վտանգավոր է»,-ասաց Արմեն Ճզմաչյանը:

Խորհուրդ է տրվում նաև նավամատույցներից, ջրային տեխնիկաներից չցատկել ջուրը, որովհետև օդի ջերմաստիճանն ավելի տաք է լինում քանի ջրինը, իսկ կտրուկ տարբերությունից մարդկանց մոտ կարող է առաջանալ ջղաձգություն:
