Ամառը հիանալի ժամանակ է հանգստանալու, զբոսնելու, լողալու և, իհարկե, արևայրուք ընդունելու համար: Արևը կարող է վիտամին D-ի աղբյուր լինել, պարգևել բրոնզագույն արևայրուք, սակայն այն նաև կարող է վնասել` թողնելով այրվածքներ, պիգմենտային հետքեր կամ ավելի լուրջ հիվանդությունների պատճառ դառնալ: Այդ պատճառով պետք է իմանալ, թե ինչպես ճիշտ արևայրուք ընդունել:

Որքան բաց է ձեր մաշկը, այնքան մեծ է այրվածքներ ստանալու հավանականությունը: Ավելի մուգ մաշկ ունեցողների բախտը մի քիչ բերել է, նրանց մոտ այդ հավանականությունը ավելի քիչ է: Սակայն և առաջինները, և երկրորդները պետք է իմանան ճիշտ արևայրուք ընդունելու հասարակ կանոնները:

Պետք չէ շտապել: Արագ ստացված արևայրուքն անպատրաստ մաշկի համար կարող է այրվածքների հանգեցնել: Առաջին անգամվա համար բավական է գտնվել անմիջականորեն արևի տակ 10-15 րոպե այն էլ՝ առավոտյան և երեկոյան ժամերին: Օրվա թեժ ժամին պետք է պատսպարվել ստվերի տակ: Ամեն օր կարելի է ավելացնել ժամանակը 5-7 րոպեով:

Լողափին անմիջականորեն արևի տակ գտնվելու հարմար ժամանակն է առավոտյան մինչև 11.00 և երեկոյան 16.00-ից հետո: Ամենավտանգավորը 12.00 մինչև 15.00 ժամանակահատվածն է:

Սնունդը և ըմպելիքը

Ցանկալի չէ արևայրուք ընդունել սոված փորին կամ կուշտ ստամոքսով: Ցանկալի է սնվել լողափ գնալուց 1-1,5 ժամ առաջ: Արևի տակ մնալու ժամանակ փորձեք խմել շատ ջուր: Ի դեպ, գեղեցիկ արևայրուքի համար խորհուրդ է տրվում խմել ծիրանի և գազարի հյութեր: Իսկ ոգելիչ խմիչքներից ցանկալի է հրաժարել:

Արևայրուք ընդունելու ժամանակ մի մոռացեք դիրքափոխվել ամեն 5-10 րոպեն: Շրջվեք մեկ մեջքի վրա, մեկ փորի: Տաքանալուց հետո մի շտապեք գցվել ջուրը հովանալու: Մի քիչ մնացեք ստվերում, որպեսզի իջեցնեք ջերմաստիճանի կոնտրաստից առաջացած սթրեսը: Լողանալուց հետո սրբվեք սրբիչով:

Կարևոր է նաև խնամել մաշկն արևայրուքից հետո: Արևի տակ մաշկը դառնում է ավելի չոր և կարող է թեփոթել, այդ պատճառով չի կարելի անտեսել խոնավեցնող և փափկացնող միջոցները: Արևայրուքից հետո խորհուրդ է տրվում զով ցնցուղ ընդունել և քսել սնուցող լոսյոն:
