Սահմանամերձ Բաղանիս գյուղում կանադահայ բարերարի ֆինանսավորմամբ ջրատար է կառուցվել. գյուղապետ (լուսանկարներ)

Երկու օր առաջ Տավուշի մարզի Բաղանիս գյուղում լուծվել է բնակիչներին անհանգստացնող թիվ մեկ` ոռոգման ջրի խնդիրը: Ջրատարի կառուցման, խմելու ջրի խնդիրների, հակառակորդի պատճառով անմշակ մնացող հողերի վերաբերյալ  Orer.am-ը զրուցեց Բաղանիսի համայնքապետ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի հետ:
Համայնքապետն ասաց, որ 2013 թվականին պետբյուջեից 10 մլն դրամ է հատկացվել 12 հա խաղողի այգիները ոռոգման ջրով ապահովելու համար, բայց դա ծրագրի մի մասն է կազմել, իսկ ծրագիրն ավարտվել է այս տարի` կանադահայ բարերար «Ջո Յալկեզեան» հիմնադրամի ֆինանսկան աջակցությամբ. «Քանի որ կանադահայ ընտանիքի բարեգործության թիրախը գյուղական համայնքներն են, մենք «Շեն» բարեգործական հասարակական կազմակերպության միջոցով դիմեցինք նրանց և նրանք մեզ չմերժեցին: Այս տարի 3800 մետր երկարությամբ ջրագիծ կառուցվեց, ջրագծի աշխատանքները սկսվել են օգոստոսի 12-ին և ավարտվել հոկտեմբերի 2-ին:
Շատ գոհացուցիչ է: «Ջո Յալկեզեանի» 12 միլիոն դրամ ֆինանսական աջակցության և 1մլն 600 000 դրամ համայնքի ներդրումների շնորհիվ ջրագիծը կառուցվեց և համայնքը մյուս տարվանից 54 հա տնամերձ այգիների համար կունենա իր մշտական ոռոգման ջուրը և գյուղատնտեսությանը զարկ կտա»:

Հարցին, թե խնդիրը միայն ոռոգման ջրի՞ն էր վերաբերում` Նարեկ Սահակյանը պատասխանեց, որ դրան զուգահեռ նաև խմելու ջրի հարցն է լուծվել. «Դրան զուգահեռ նաև մենք խմելու ջրի հարցն ենք լուծում, որովհետև անբարեխիղճ բնակիչներ ունեք, ովքեր ջուրն օգտագործում են տեխնիկական պատճառներով և խմելու ջուրը հավասարապես չի բաշխվում բնակիչներին: Ես գյուղի թիվ մեկ խնդիրը համարում եմ լուծված»:
Գյուղի անմշակ տարածքների վերաբերյալ Նարեկ Սահակյանն ասաց, որ մոտ
100 հա վարելահող գտնվում է հակառակորդի ուղիղ նշանառության տակ և վերջին 12 տարվա ընթացքում ընդհանրապես չի մշակվել: Նրա խոսքով` այս տարի 15-20 հա հացահատիկ է ցանվել այդ տարածքում, որովեհտև գյուղն ուրիշ վարելահող չունի. «Ստիպված մշակվել է 15-20 հա, որովհետև գյուղի բնակիչներն այլ տարածք չունեն, սակայն բերքն ուշ է քաղվեց օգոստոսին սահմանային լարվածության պատճառով` 25 օր ուշ քաղվեց, ինչի հետևանքով բերքի կորուստ ևս եղավ»:
