Պաշտոնական Անկարային զայրացրել է այն փաստը, որ Գերմանիայի իշխանություններն արգելել են Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին Քյոլնում թուրքերի կողմից կազմակերպված ցույցի ժամանակ տեսակապի միջոցով դիմել հավաքվածներին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով Sputnik-ի թուրքական ծառայությունը, այս փաստի առնչությամբ հայտարարություն է արել Թուրքիայ ի արդարադատության նախարար Բեքիր Բոզդաղը:

«Գերմանիայում մեր հայրենակիցները, ովքեր այդ երկրի քաղաքացի են, ցանկացել են հանրահավաք կազմակերպել: Մեր նախագահն էլ տեսակապի միջոցով միանալու էր և իր տեսակետները հայտներ: Սակայն Գերմանիայի Սահմանադրական դատարանը անիրավ կերպով արգելել է մեր նախագահի տեսակապը: Ասում էիք` ժողովրդավարություն կա, խոսքի ազատություն կա: Ահաբեկիչների խոսքի ազատությունը պաշտպանողներ, ԵՄ անդամ երկրներ, Մերկել` ձեզ բոլորիդ եմ հարցնում. «Թուրքիայի նախագահը արյունոտ ձեռքերով ահաբեկիչների չափ խոսքի ազատություն չունի՞»: Մենք նրանցից դաս չունենք քաղելու: Ի վերջո ժողովրդավարությունն էլ մենք են նրանց սովորեցնելու»,- ասել է Բոզդաղը` նշելով նաև, որ հեղաշրջման փորձը դատապարտելու փոխարեն նրանք խրախուսում են Թուրքիային քննադատողներին:

Հուլիսի 31-ին Քյոլնում թուրքական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչները «Ժողովրդավարությունն ընդդեմ հեղաշրջման» խորագրով հավաք են նախաձեռնել, որին տեսակապի միջոցով պետք է մասնակցեր նաև Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը: Սակայն Գերմանիայի Սահմանադրական դատարանը արգելել է տեսակապը:

Քյոլնի ոստիկանապետ Յուրգեն Մաթիեսը նշել է, որ ի սկզբանե ինքը ևս դեմ է եղել տեսակապին, քանի որ դա կարող էր «ավելացնել լարվածությունը հավաքվածների շրջանում»: Մաթիեսը հայտնել է նաև, որ ինքն արգելել է հանրահավաքին ներկա գտնվել Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուին:
