Կարմիր միսը վտանգավոր է երիկամների համար. գիտնականներ
Կարմիր միսը առողջության համար վտանգ է ներկայացնում։ Այդ մասին  ասված է ամերիկյան Journal of the American Society of Nephrology հրատարակչությունում։
Գիտնականներին մտահոգել է  երիկամների անբավարարվածությունից տառապող մարդկանց թվի աճը։ Ներկայումս աշխարհում հաշվվում է մոտ 500 միլիոն մարդ, ովքեր տառապում են երիկամների խնդիրներից։
Սինգապուրի գիտնականները ուսումնասիրել են այդ հիվանդությամբ տառապող  60 հազար մարդկանց սննդակարգը։ Նրանք մարդկանց բաժանել են խմբերի ըստ կարմիր միս օգտագործելու քանակի։
Փորձարկումը տևել է 15 տարի։ Արդյունքում 1000 մարդ փորձարկման վերջում մահացել են երիկամների հիվանդությունից։Պարզվել է, որ երիկամային հիվանդություն ձեռք բերելու ամենաբարձր ռիսկը (40%) նրանց մոտ է, ովքեր կարմիր մսի  սիրահար են։
Ընդ  որում՝ կարմիր միսը թռչնամսով, ձվով կամ պատիճավոր սնունդով փոխարինելու դեպքում այդ ռիսկը նվազում է 62 տոկոսով։
