ՍԱՊԾ-ն հորդորդում է ժամանակավորապես զերծ մնալ «Լիդա» կեսաբանական ակտիվ հավելումների օգտագործումից

ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը հայտնում է, որ 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 12-ին Ծառայությունը «Հետաքննող լրագրողներ» ՀԿ-ից տեղեկատվության տրամադրման հարցում էր ստացել «Ալֆա-Ֆարմ» դեղատների ցանցում վաճառվող չինական «Դայ-դա-խուա» ընկերության «Լիդա» նիհարեցնող դեղապարկուճների վերաբերյալ, որի հիման վրա էլ «Ալֆա-Ֆարմ» ՍՊԸ-ին պատկանող դեղատնային ցան ցում իրացվող «Լիդա» ապրանքանիշով կենսաբանական ակտիվ հավելումների մակնշման և պիտանիության ժամկետի նկատմամբ իրականացվել է դիտարկում։

Արդյունքում՝ հայտնաբերվել է 80 տուփ «Լիդա» կենսաբանական ակտիվ հավելում և պարզվել է, որ այն չի համապատասխանում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության «Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության մասին» ТР ТС 021/2011 և «Սննդամթերքի մակնշման մասին» ТР ТС 022/2011 տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի պահանջներին (բացակայում է օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգի հայերեն մակնշումը, ինչպես նաև՝ ԵԱՏՄ համապատասխանության գնահատումը հավաստող միասնական նշանի մակնշումը): Պարզվել է նաև, որ տվյալ ապրանքատեսակների մասին տեղեկատվություն չկա ԵԱՏՄ պետական գրանցման վկայականների միասնական ռեեստրում, որը հիմք է տալիս եզրակացնել, որ այս հավելումները ԵԱՏՄ տարածքում չեն ենթարկվել համապատասխանության գնահատման և չունեն պետական գրանցման վկայականներ:

Հաշվի առնելով այդ հանգամանքը՝ 80 տուփ «Լիդա» կենսաբանական ակտիվ հավելումների իրացումը ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության կողմից կասեցվել է, իսկ «ԱԼՖԱ ՖԱՐՄ» ՓԲԸ-ն դրանք հետ է վերադարձրել մատակարարին՝ այդ մասին գրավոր տեղեկացնելով Ծառայությանը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության լրատվական բաժնից:

Հետագծելիության ապահովման նպատակով, Ծառայության պետի հրամանով, իրականացվել է նաև «Աշոտ Գյունաշյան» Ա/Ձ-ի կողմից իրացվող «Լիդա» ապրանքատեսակի (արտադրող՝ «Դայ-Դա-Խուա», Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետություն) դիտարկում: Պարզվել է, որ ընկերությունը վերոնշյալ կենսաբանական հավելումների ներմուծողը չէ, և որ դրանք ձեռք է բերում ֆիզիկական անձանցից: Տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների մոտ առկա վերը նշված ապրանքային մնացորդի խմբաքանակի իրացումը կասեցվել է, «Լիդա» կենսաբանական հավելումները հանվել են շրջանառությունից և պահեստավոÖ �վել հետագա գործողությունների համար:
