Ադրբեջանցի իրավապաշտպան, Բաքվում Խաղաղության և ժողովրդավարության ինստիտուտի հիմնադիր տնօրեն Լեյլա Յունուսի առողջական վիճակը բանտում վատացել է: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով ադրբեջանական Contact.az-ը, այս մասին հայտարարել են Յունուսի փաստաբանները:

Վերջիններիս հավաստմամբ՝ ադրբեջանցի իրավապաշտպանը ծայրահեղ վատ վիճակում է գտնվում: «Նրան պահում են ցուրտ բանտախցում, չեն տալիս տաք ջուր: Նման պայմաններում, չորս վիրահատությունները հանգեցրել են նրա առողջական վիճակի կտրուկ վատթարացման: Չկան երաշխիքներ, որ Լեյլան կապրի մինչև տարվա վերջ»,- նշվում է իրավաբանների արած հայտարարության մեջ: Նրանք նշել են, որ եթե ադրբեջանական արդարադատությունը հրաժարվում է բանտային պատիժը փոխել տնային կալանքով, ապա գոնե պետք է Յունուսին տեղափոխի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի հիվանդանոց:

Լեյլա Յունուսը, ինչպես նաև նրա ամուսինը՝ Արիֆը, ձերբակալվել էին 2014 թվականի ամռանը: Ի թիվս իրավապաշտապններին հասցեագրված այլ մեղադրանքների՝ նրանց ամբաստանում են Հայաստանի օգտին լրտեսություն անելու համար:
