Դավիթ Լոքյանը, Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը և Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը քննարկեցին Մարտունու ԲԿ-ի արդիականացման խնդիրը

 Մարտունու բժշկական կենտրոնի արդիականացման խնդրի կարգավորման նպատակով  տեղում համատեղ ուսումնասիրություն կատարեցին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը, ՀՀ առողջապահության փոխնախարար Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը եւ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանը:Համատեղ ուսումնասիրությանը եւ քննարկմանը մասնակցեցին նաեւ Մարտունու քաղաքապետ Բագրատ Հարությունյանը, Մարտունու բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Վարդան Կարապետյանը, Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի ճարտարապետաշինարարական բաժնի վարիչ Արմեն Զոհրաբյանը, Մարտունու բժշկական կենտրոնի բուժանձնակազմի անդամներ:

Նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը եւ փոխնախարար Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը պաշտոնական անձանց հետ շրջայց կատարեցին բժշկական կենտրոնի մասնաշենքերում, հիվանդասենյակներում, լսեցին տնօրինության, բուժանձնակազմի, առանձին մասնագետների կարծիքները, ծանոթացան ընդհանուր իրավիճակին եւ  կազմակերպեցին քննարկում, որի արդյունքները քննարկումից հետո ներկայացրեց ՀՀ առողջապահության փոխնախարար Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը: Ըստ փոխնախարարի՝ քննարկվել է բժշկական կենտրոնի շենքի արդիականացման ծրագրի 3 տարբերակ, սակայն վերջնական տարբերակի ընտրությունը կկատարվի առաջիկա օրերի ընթացքում: «Մի քանի օր առաջ Մարտունու ԲԿ այցելեց ՀՀվարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, ինչից հետո շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունները վարչապետի կողմից ստացանհանձնարարական՝ մանրամասն հետազոտելու եւ բժշկական կենտրոնի արդիականացման խնդրի կարգավորմաննուղղված առաջարկություն ներկայացնելու համար: Մանրամասն քննարկել ենք հիվանդանոցի շենքին եւտարածքներին, ինչպես նաեւ բուժծառայություններին վերաբերող  հարցեր: Մենք այժմ որոշման կայացմանընթացքում ենք, առաջիկա օրերի ընթացքում ի մի կգանք՝ ներկայացնելով վերջնական որոշումը: Քննարկվող երեքտարբերակներից առաջինը բժշկական կենտրոնի մի հատվածի առանձնացումը, ուժեղացումը եւ հիմնանորոգումն է,երկրորդ տարբերակը՝ հիմքից նոր շենքի կառուցումը, որն, ի դեպ, միջոցների առկայության դեպքում լավագույնտարբերակն է, եւ երրորդ՝ նախկին ինֆեկցիոն բաժանմունքի շենքի ուժեղացումը, հիմնանորոգումը եւ կից կառույցի կատարումը»,- ներկայացրեց փոխնախարար Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը:

Հավելենք, որ Մարտունու ԲԿ արդիականացման խնդիրը ներառված է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի մոտ 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերին կայացած խորհրդակցության հանձնարարականների ցանկում:
