ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարեն Բեքարյանն այսօր հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ, անդրադառնալով ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններին, նշեց, որ լարվածության փուլն անցյալում է, դրան փոխարինելու է եկել «ձնհալ» կոչվածը:

«Սառույցը որոշակիորեն կոտրվեց, սակայն այն չէր բերում հարաբերությունների լայնամասշտաբ և ամբողջական կարգավորման: Այստեղ դեր ունեցան որոշակի կատալիզատորներ, այդ թվում՝ հեղաշրջման փորձը Թուրքիայում, և, իրականում, այս ամեն ինչում շատ մեծ դեր ունեցավ Թուրքիայի այսօրվա բավականին բարդ հարաբերությունները թե՛ Եվրոպամիության, թե՛ Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ: Փաստորեն, կա լարվածության բավականին հետաքրքիր ֆոն, և այս պարագայում, ինչպես և միշտ, Թուրքիան խաղում է այդ ճոճանակի վրա»,- նկատեց Կ. Բեքարյանը:

Ըստ պատգամավորի՝ ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններում «ռեսթարտ» է տեղի ունենում. «Հայաստանի համար այդ գործընթացն ունի իր դրական կողմերը։ Երևի բոլորդ շատ լավ հիշում եք, որ այդ սրացման ժամանակ, երբ մենք գնահատում էինք ՀՀ-ի մարտահրավերները՝ չմոռանալով, որ սահմանակից ենք Թուրքիային, չմոռանալով, որ այստեղ առկա է ռուսական բազա, չմոռանալով, որ սահմանը պահպանվում է թե՛ հայ-ռուսական պայմանագրի, թե՛ ՀԱՊԿ-ի ընդհանուր միացյալ գործողությունների և գործառույթների համատեքստում, իհարկե, այդ սրացումը ՀՀ-ի համար լրացուցիչ գլխացավանք չէր կարող չպարունակել»:

Կ. Բեքարյանը ընդգծեց, որ, եթե տարածաշրջանում ինչ-որ իմաստով լարվածություն է թուլանում, դա մեզ համար ունի դրական որոշակի միտումներ. «Դրական միտումների շարքում է նաև այն, որ Ռուսաստանն էապես ավելացնում է իր ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանում, սա մեզ համար դրական միտումների դաշտում է դիտվում շատ պարզ պատճառով՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ մենք ունենք ռազմավարական գործընկերություն և դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ, և երբ դաշնակցիդ հնարավորությունները լայնանում են տարածաշրջանային և համաշխարհային համատեքստում, դա, բնականաբար, քեզ համար դրական է»:
